“VERY CARING PLACE. TOOK OUR MARLEY IN TODAY AND SHE WAS SEEN BY DR AARON. HE WALKED IN AND UNDERSTOOD THE NATURE OF OUR DOG WITHIN SECONDS AND DROPPED DOWN ON THE FLOOR AND SAT TO RELEAVE ANY STRESS THAT SHE HAD. SHES A 90 LB GERMAN SHEPHERD WHO HAS A LOT OF ANXIETY WITH OTHER MALES. DR AARON DID GREAT AT ASSESSMENT SHE HAS A YEAST INFECTION ON HER BELLY AND BACK WE WERE TREATED WITH THE UP MOST RESPECT AND ALL OF THE STAFF DID GREAT SHE EVEN GOT HER NAILS DONE. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR VISIT THANKS GUYS”

They take their time & treat the problem instead of charging you for things they know won’t fix the problem…. as I have experienced with other vets in the past. My dog’s ear’s have never been better. “BThis vet hospital makes you feel like your entering a home rather then a office. Staff is very friendly and my pets love going to them . You are aloud to go back with your pet into exam rooms.
Where other vets you are left out in the lobby while your pet is taken in the back.
I also love how they have a little shop and a very nice kennal attached to vets if you need boarding and a seperate building to go to that you can spend your last moments with your animal and not feel like you are being rushed.
You will love going here and your pet will love going as well. In the end that is what matters that your pet feels safe and comfortable.”

“It’s hard to get an appointment, but is a good thing in a way because that means many animals are getting fixed!
The staff is always wonderful when you come in.
However we did have an issue with our dogs scrotal ablation opening up the following night. Which ended in a ER trip to get him stitched up. The vet did comment that there wasn’t much skin left and she barely could get it restored. She also was surprised that with the breed him and his brother were (high energy breeds) that sedation for at home want offered to keep them wore down a bit.”
“I have been taking my cats there for many yrs. Wonderful vets! All of them have treated them with so much kindness. Even when my one cat isn’t so nice. Dr. Sereme is excellent. I can’t thank her enough for the recommendation of a supplement/medication for our senior cat. He has been climbing and so active lately. Play more! It’s wonderful to see him in less pain. Thank you!”
“Took my mini poodle here to be spayed. Very easy process from start to finish. Had to leave a voicemail request to schedule her spay, but I was called back within a couple weeks. It does take a bit to hear back, especially for dogs, because they only do a few appointments a week - Please be patient, it's worth it! The staff put me at ease with her spay. They told me weeks in advance what the check in/ pickup process was, and the fees were extremely reasonable compared to the vet. When I picked her up she had a cone on and some medicine to take home. Nurses gave me post-surgery guidelines to follow. Within a week, my little sweetie was back to normal!!”
“We had our pups at Pampurred Paws Hotel inside Greenfield Vet. The staff are fantastic and really love the dogs. While they are not always on top of communicating with us, the care they provide is exceptional.
We also love the Veterinary Hospital. Everyone works hard to make sure the animals are cared for. Scheduling is easy and I have been able to get "squeezed in" for issues.”

She has taken care of my dogs and cats during this time with no complaints from either the animals or myself. They have taken care of young animals and end of life animals. “This review is based on only my first visit. So, I will update as time passes. I lost my last cat due to severe cancer that was missed by my previous vet due to neglect or ignorance (long story, but at the ER they could feel and see the massive tumor ravaging her.) I decided to adopt someone new and needed a new vet. My guy is tolerant of change more than average as a former stray, but the first vet we attempted still scared him and was very rough and unnecessarily short. I got worried that this would affect him in future visits as my last cat was terrified of vets and the car. PHPH was so nice from start to finish. My cat didn't make a sound or even struggle. The tech and Dr did very well handling and examining him. He obviously wasn't happy about it, what cat loves travel and strangers holding them? But he was way more chill. They seemed very informed and were fast and efficient.
I hope that this means good things for care down the line. I've decided that this will be his new vet for now. The front desk staff was also great.”
“i completely misread the appointment information and came in two weeks early. i offered to come back, but staff were very accommodating and got me an appointment within the hour! they were very nice to my dog and informed me about the purpose of every vaccine, and answered my health questions. my wallet is a bit sadder, i will admit, but that’s what normally happens owning pets.”
“For almost five years, I have taken my cats to VCA Duncan Manor. I like that they have some evening and Friday hours. The two veterinarians have accurately diagnosed and treated my cats' medical conditions such as conjunctivitis, roundworms, UTIs, and severe dehydration. One vet could have diagnosed and treated constipation better. The vets have also spayed one of my cats and euthanized another cat. The staff always speaks nicely with us.”
“Our dog got his ear cut pretty bad and my regular vet couldn't get him in. I called and Dr. Schuerger got us in. He was to the point about everything telling us about what would need to happen. The office staff was wonderful and sweet the entire process. When we picked him up, Dr Schuerger explained in detail what he had to do and explained the aftercare in great detail. He did ask my education level, but ONLY so he could explain things to me the correct way. I'm not in the medical field, so I appreciated he took the time to fully explain things without making the process more confusing. I appreciate how sweetly and quickly they cared for my dog and highly recommend them for care.”
“Dr. Bebko is a legend in our house. He is so talented and cares so deeply about the cats and what is best for them. He doesn't upsell pet owners on a lot of tests and treatments that the cats don't genuinely need. Dr. Hughes is absolutely the same way. We have been going here for years. I see the comments about administrative staff being iffy; I am happy to say that is no longer the case. Two paws up!”

“I love Robinson Animal Hospital. I have been coming here for at least 8 years. Dr. Keffer is my go-to for all my pocket pets; rats, and now chinchillas.
The staff are friendly and kind. They sent me a sympathy card when a rat I brought in passed away the next day (he was sick they did nothing wrong).
