My fur baby, Bohmi is an extremely anxious and agitated dog from rescue and hardly any technicians can even draw her blood for the test due to her anxiety. But they successfully finished all the test and they really care for our baby girl and I deeply appreciate their warm, kind also excellent professionalism today. thank you.”

“Dr. Joe was absolutely amazing with my Shichon. He owns one as well. That really made me feel reassured Teddy was in the right hands. He answered all of my questions with understanding and compassion. Teddy has been suffering severe constipation issues. He was great giving him his shots and microchip. He treated my puppy with amazing respect and care. I now understand why my Parents take there dogs and speak so highly of Penn Animal hospital. I am now a client for life. “VERY CARING PLACE. TOOK OUR MARLEY IN TODAY AND SHE WAS SEEN BY DR AARON. HE WALKED IN AND UNDERSTOOD THE NATURE OF OUR DOG WITHIN SECONDS AND DROPPED DOWN ON THE FLOOR AND SAT TO RELEAVE ANY STRESS THAT SHE HAD. SHES A 90 LB GERMAN SHEPHERD WHO HAS A LOT OF ANXIETY WITH OTHER MALES. DR AARON DID GREAT AT ASSESSMENT SHE HAS A YEAST INFECTION ON HER BELLY AND BACK WE WERE TREATED WITH THE UP MOST RESPECT AND ALL OF THE STAFF DID GREAT SHE EVEN GOT HER NAILS DONE. “I am writing this review to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care provided at Greenfield Veterinary Hospital to my three Labrador Retrievers. I have so many wonderful things to say about their entire professional staff, from my veterinarian, Dr. Wong, and technicians Gage, Breanna and Taliah, to the front desk team Tracy, Nancy, Desirae and Jen.
It is clear that this practice truly loves animals and is committed to their well-being. Every time we walk in, the staff is friendly, patient, and genuinely caring, treating my dogs as if they were their own. “My two senior dogs have had major health problems since moving to Pittsburgh last year. All the staff are caring, kind, and trustworthy. I cannot give enough positive praise to Dr. Natalie. She treated my dogs like her own; her love of animals really shines through. She stays up to date on the science/research in the field, and is very thorough explaining possible causes and treatment avenues. Thank you to Dr. Natalie and the ANVH staff for caring for my dogs and providing the best care.”
“From the minute you walk in you see smiles everywhere. It's easy to see everyone there loves their job. They work together one helping the other not a complaint. Even the staff at the desk showed empathy when describing my need for a visit. I asked to see Dr. Dymun and her right hand girl Jessica. They both have a wonderful sense of humor and can put their client and patient at ease. Together they worked methodically a step at a time until they decided on a plan of action-test-wait for results-another test if needed, etc.Directions were given in understandable terms and questions answered. I was contacted to make sure my dog was improving. I always leave there feeling relieved and know my pet is in good hands.”

“I don’t usually post reviews but feel like they were owed one. I came here for a second opinion on my cat Dallas, and unfortunately (as I feared) he was inoperable and suffering. I had a feeling it would be time to say goodbye, and a few weeks later writing this post, grateful that saying goodbye was with Greentree Animal Clinic.
Dr. Brown was very kind, gentle, and compassionate with me and my soul cat Dallas. He took his time with us and our goodbyes. Walked me through his situation very gently. The vet techs were all very nice as well. It may have been my first experience, although a sad one, but I will be taking my animals here in the future as their primary vet.

“BThis vet hospital makes you feel like your entering a home rather then a office. Staff is very friendly and my pets love going to them . You are aloud to go back with your pet into exam rooms.
Where other vets you are left out in the lobby while your pet is taken in the back.
I also love how they have a little shop and a very nice kennal attached to vets if you need boarding and a seperate building to go to that you can spend your last moments with your animal and not feel like you are being rushed.
You will love going here and your pet will love going as well. In the end that is what matters that your pet feels safe and comfortable.”
“All the staff here are very friendly, and the waiting time isn’t long. Our dog has never shown any unusual reactions after getting shots and coming back home. It’s much better than those chain hospitals. The front desk staff in particular are very kind and friendly, and I feel completely comfortable leaving my dog in their care.”

“Staff were wonderful, but I waited almost 5 hours before I was told they needed to keep my dog overnight and how sick he really was. When he was released, I was told to bring him back next Wednesday for x-ray and blood work. I was told to call the day after discharge and let the doctor know how he was doing. I called from 3 different phones and it kept saying the number was disconnected. I finally found an email and then someone called me back. I was disappointed that when the doctor saw I didn't call, he would have checked in with me.When my dog was there, he was cared for wonderfully.”

“i completely misread the appointment information and came in two weeks early. i offered to come back, but staff were very accommodating and got me an appointment within the hour! they were very nice to my dog and informed me about the purpose of every vaccine, and answered my health questions. my wallet is a bit sadder, i will admit, but that’s what normally happens owning pets.”
“The care and compassion this place has shown my dog is unbelievable. She needs some extra TLC when she needs her shots and they stepped right in. I am sad that they are closing but hopefully we will find some place that does the same kind of care in the future.”

“Took my mini poodle here to be spayed. Very easy process from start to finish. Had to leave a voicemail request to schedule her spay, but I was called back within a couple weeks. It does take a bit to hear back, especially for dogs, because they only do a few appointments a week - Please be patient, it's worth it! The staff put me at ease with her spay. They told me weeks in advance what the check in/ pickup process was, and the fees were extremely reasonable compared to the vet. When I picked her up she had a cone on and some medicine to take home. Nurses gave me post-surgery guidelines to follow. Within a week, my little sweetie was back to normal!!”

“I am an elderly female with a very powerful Pitbull which is not friendly with other dogs. She is fantastic with people as long as they do,not try to hurt me. The trainer and floor associates recognized me immediately outside and for warned me of large number of dogs inside store. I was ready to cancel her needed rabies shot and try for another time when they very quickly stepped forward to assist me in getting the shot accomplished. Their concern and overall kindness with both me and my pet Lady was amazing and definitely not part of their job discription or my expectations. They made sure my pet was weighed then vet and assistant cared for her and gave her her needed shot in grooming are using outside entrance for me to enter. Then I went to,pay and trainer stepped forward to stay with Lady so I could go into store and do this. Great experience which I almost believed To be an impossible accomplishment that they made possible for me and my Fur Baby with as little stress as posssible. They are amazing and I definitely will continue to my food and treat purchases from them and will continue with my Petco Vital Care Premier membership. I will also highly recommend this Petco to others.”
“For almost five years, I have taken my cats to VCA Duncan Manor. I like that they have some evening and Friday hours. The two veterinarians have accurately diagnosed and treated my cats' medical conditions such as conjunctivitis, roundworms, UTIs, and severe dehydration. One vet could have diagnosed and treated constipation better. The vets have also spayed one of my cats and euthanized another cat. The staff always speaks nicely with us.”
“Our rescue started working with the Middle Road Animal Clinic team last year. They goes above and beyond for their patients and everyone on the team is so nice, compassionate and really want what’s best for all animals. I respect what Dr. Lohr and Dr. Gephart do for their patients so much that I have started taking my personal cat to them. Pictured is Honcho who is labeled medically reactive. Everyone was great with him and he loved all of the attention.”
