“Does what it is supposed to do. Accept your packages with reprinted, prepaid shipment labels attached. They don't provide any materials for your shipment. So, have your la els preprinted and taped to the shipment with packing tape. They scan it enter your email and you receive a confirmation of acceptance in seconds. Done deal, your out of there.”

“This was the creepiest post office from the outside but its good folks 👍 the parking is strange too. They need a lil lot and maybe some pressure wash tlc outside because it looks like an abandoned building with wild shrubbery growing everywhere. Don't be a big chicken like me I promise its fine 😅”

“IShip & Pack made our family reunion shirt process simple from beginning to end. Aaron created an easy-to-use online store, communicated well throughout the project, delivered high-quality shirts at a fair price, and had everything ready on time. The shirts looked fantastic, and our family received so many compliments. I highly recommend Ship A Pack for anyone looking for quality products and dependable service. Thank you again for your excellent work. We appreciate everything you did and look forward to working with you again for our 2028 family reunion.”

“I usually don’t have anything good to say about FedEx but this time I can’t say enough good. All of the employees at this location were so friendly and kind. I have to shout out one specifically, Dawilkin. He went above and beyond to resolve my issue. He was patient and came up with an unconventional solution. I cannot say enough about what a fantastic employee he is. And I must say, I’ve not ever been to a FedEx location where all of the employees have been so helpful and nice.”

“Annie, Michele, and Jimmy were AWESOME! Where in Pittsburgh on a bad day can you get your photo badge that the job did NOT provide , the badge holder, badge reel… I even asked if they knew where I could get an energy drink ? .. guess what?!!! They had those too!!! I like this one located downtown.”
-
1001 Liberty Avenue Ste R20, Pittsburgh PA 15222
“Had a first-time passport application scheduled here and it was a breeze. I showed up a bit early to my appointment, they let me go ahead anyway and I was done before the appointment was even supposed to start! Absolutely superb. At least in my case, they made their own photocopies of my state ID and birth certificate. I would still make copies yourself to be sure, though.”
-
1151 Freeport Road, Pittsburgh PA 15238
“This was the easiest experience I think I ever had at a drop off postal spot. 2 guys were working and I walked in with my two kids expecting it to be a process since I didnt have packaging ready or the label attached or anything. They literally took care of everything and I was out in 2 minutes. I simply paid and they packed up the item and labeled it and within an hour maybe less i received an email about my return being completed. The man at the register was kind and approachable as well. Honestly was such a relief they were so great and helpful. I was expecting to have to do everything while trying to keep my kids occupied.”

6375 Penn Ave Suite B Suite B, Pittsburgh PA 15206
“The staff at this Staples are INCREDIBLE. This store is massive and they have to be everywhere all at once, and they do so with such grace and kindness. Jared gave me excellent recommendations on desktop monitors and docking stations and was so patient with me. Mackenzie in shipping runs so many desks simultaneously; it's incredible. And Neil at the cash register gave great advice and also was able to price match! The store itself is super extensive and clean with a wide variety of high quality products. I'm so grateful we have such an in-person location in our community.”

-
336 Fourth Avenue Ste 1A, Pittsburgh PA 15222
“I've never had anything but positive experiences here at this location. The man who is usually there is so kind and helpful. I didn't have a lot of experience mailing things when I first started coming by and he explained everything for me. It's usually pretty fast even though they don't seem to have a lot of employees. I work downtown so I wait to mail my packages until I'm in the office because the woman at the post office on Liberty in Bloomfield is always so mean”
-
730 Monongahela Ave, Glassport PA 15045
“Always go here. Decent people. Always clean. Service is usually quick and for the most part they offer free envelopes for me to put my money order in for when I’m dropping it off.”
-
200 Vine Street, West Newton PA 15089
“I've been using this location for the last 3 years being that it's right down the road from me. Not 1 single time, has anyone ever been disrespectful. The one lady is so incredibly nice and always asks how my son is doing. We take a lot of sold packages to this post office, from our online resell company, and they have not made a mistake yet. They are having trouble finding committed employees, so there are people from other locations that come out to work this site but they keep maintaining our high expectations as friendly, kind people who get to know us by name very quickly. I'd say it is #1 in customer service compared to all businesses/stores in the West Newton area.Note: you get what you give, so walk in to any facility with a smile and good attitude first. Then judge their role. We all have our days, but we learn how to separate work and home life so we can be our best self in both.”

1 Mars Hill Rd, Rillton PA 15678
“This place OWNS! Kat is such a very very very nice person. I go visit sometimes to say hi. Everyone in Rillton is nice to her, and I like meeting them too. I make so many friends just enjoying the air conditioner and nice 70s wood paneling. Tanya is nice. Bob is nice too. They're literal friends of mine. It's dumb, but this is one of the best places ever. Maybe I'm dumb, but hey at least I admit it. I think we're all dumb, just some of us are too dumb to know it. One thing I do know, this place is awesome since Katrina is here. She's super super super super super super... maybe one more super, yeah super nice. 50 stars out of 5.”
