“Wonderful customer service. My online order didn't fit well, and they laced + had me try on several other styles based on my feedback. I didn't end up finding a shoe that fit how I needed it to (very wide feet), but the assistant manager was more helpful than I can describe.
The music in the store was top-notch, too. I'd never heard of TRAAMS before!”
“I took a class 10 years ago and remember loving the workout but didn’t stick to it. I tried again one year ago and this time it stuck.
I attend 3-4 classes a week and the workouts have improved all of my outdoor activities. Since starting barre workouts my rowing, rock climbing, and endurance hiking has improved dramatically.
I love the instructors and have made friends in the classes.”

“I stopped I. There today cause my mother told me about this store an how everything was made for a voluptuous woman I was met by one of the workers. Her name was cat. She was such a big helped me being that I had no idea what size jeans I wore anymore or what size shirts or what size undergarments she stayed with me not only did she stay with me and help me she also helped me pick out clothes. Best help I have ever received hands-down buying any clothes out of any retail store I give cat five stars for her customer service and I give the clothes. My son is impossible to clothing shop with. No joke. He used to love a certain brand, but is now over that and dressing more in darker colors. He loves bands and anime. Hot Topic to the rescue!
Not only do they have his dark colors, but both Anime as we walked in the door and tons of band tees along the walls. Just about everything novelty, you can find here. Do t pet the darkness deter you. They have all kinds of items across the board! Really browse and have a good look. Lots of fun!

“My "Goto Boutique" in Pittsburgh!! I live in Los Angeles CA but I have family in Pittsburgh and whenever we travel there I must go to this amazing place . I have found pretty much all my favorite things in this place. Great customer service and what I personally appreciate most is the "honest" opinion of the owner . She will def tell you if something doesn't look good and help with finding something suitable. I also think this is a great place to find a gift for your best friend ! Love this place !!”

“Upon my arrival, a manager was giving his team members a cheerful pep talk congratulating them for their outstanding work!!4 stars were given because I attempted to return sneakers bought online a week ago but didn't have the delivery receipt in the package. I showed the cashier my online receipt. But she said I am sorry you are stuck with the shoes. She didn't even offer store credit. Nada zip.”
“I absolutely love torrid. I do work in the mall and I shop at this one often. The manager Alysia is so informative and always helps me when I go in looking for something specific. She always tells me about the sales and the best way to use my coupons. Even though it maybe a small store they have a huge selection for whatever event you have going on. “I just shopped here on the Sunday after Thanksgiving when the mall was very busy and Anna and Ana were working and they were SO helpful and sweet. As soon as I stepped foot in the store, they were asking me if I needed anything and offering to look in the back or online for things I liked that weren't in my size. There was an item I really liked and they went online to find it for me and I decided to just wait on it but then I went back a few minutes later when I changed my mind and we couldn't find it online anymore but they kept searching and trying on different computers and they finally found it and ordered it for me. It might not sound like a big deal, but to me they truly cared about helping me find what I wanted as if it were something for themselves. They really were two of the nicest girls and they deserve to be recognized for trying to ensure customer satisfaction. I hope they receive a nice holiday bonus because they make the season bright!”
“I spoke with the cashier about a specific Pokemon piece of gum. Little thing with an odd lemon flavor that was odd but still enjoyable. The thing reminded me of older gum cigars.
It even came out of the package weird, it looks like a pillow that you'd wear on a plane.
Very odd, but I did say I would let them know how it was.
5/5 stars, for the store, not the Pokemon chewing gum.
