“My experience was partly good and partly bad. The two workers were nice, but they ran into a problem when they took out the plug and realized it had two washers melded together in it. That wasn't there fault. But they spent about 30 minutes trying to remove the washers with tiny clippers. It was frustrating that they didn't have the same size plug to just replace it, or better tools and skill to remove the washers. The whole experience took 45 minutes. They eventually found a plug that fit enough, so now I need to make sure I'm not leaking oil. Overall very frustrating and time consuming.”

“Last year I went to a different auto shop in Meadville for a state inspection and had the worst experience. Fast forward a year later, which would be today. I need a state inspection again, and called this place instead. We were able to figure out a time that would work for the both of us. They’re very professional, very polite, and don’t try to push you into buying things you don’t need. Instead they tell you that you might need something in the near future, but won’t need it for a month or two. They’re very honest, and don’t try to screw over anyone, which is nice. As long as I’m in PA and need anything done to my car, this shop has a permanent customer.”
