“I went in for an oil change. I'm going to be 63, and in all my time of driving I have never heard of a cabin air filter. So when the girl showed me what and where it was I was totally surprised. She pulled that out and showed it to me I was horrified. I've owned many cars and this one for 2 years now. Since I never knew about it let alone paid for one that tells me a lot of mechanics neglect this item and that's a shame.

“Last year I went to a different auto shop in Meadville for a state inspection and had the worst experience. Fast forward a year later, which would be today. I need a state inspection again, and called this place instead. We were able to figure out a time that would work for the both of us. They’re very professional, very polite, and don’t try to push you into buying things you don’t need. Instead they tell you that you might need something in the near future, but won’t need it for a month or two. They’re very honest, and don’t try to screw over anyone, which is nice. As long as I’m in PA and need anything done to my car, this shop has a permanent customer.”
