“Great customer service and fast repair. I had a hard drive fail and didn't know the issue so I took it to Best Buy. Not only did Best Buy charge me $100 to upload an operating system but they charged me 100 more to diagnose and they didn't even find the problem. I brought PC to alliance and they quickly diagnosed it and had it back to me in two days fixed with a much more reasonable price. Highly recommend their service.”
