“Had all the opportunity in the world to add parts and charge me a ton but it was a simple fix that was my mistake from trying to fix it myself, so they cleaned it for me, new thermal paste, fixed my mistake and was charged for an hour. Wouldn't go anywhere else”

“I am always skeptical of not doing my own work fixing my computers. I’ve only had bad experiences with the big box options. However this option is the exact opposite of them. The team at this store was awesome. They actually took the time to diagnose, repair, and test my machine before returning it to me.
For the first time in a long time the results when I got home were just as good as the store claimed. I would trust my machines again with them in a heartbeat. They have an expedited option that was super reasonably priced and got me up and going faster than I could have expected.
I would give more than 5 stars if that was an option.”
