5900 Carlisle Pike, MechanicsburgThe staff was nice and eager to help. I just go for the fishies and rodents. The fish selection isn't as good as Petco but I found some things cheaper at PetSmart. They should invest into salt water fish. Saltwater tanks are my favorite. Puffer fish are basically water dogs. Mine spits water at me when he's hungry. They have the cutest guinea pig. Bro has 2 different colored front legs.

It’s rare to find someone who treats your pets like her own, but that’s exactly what Kacie does. I truly couldn’t ask for a better groomer!

From having a dog emergency early in the morning to them being able to treat my dog Finn in that morning even before hours.Was amazing and so kind, They are very caring even when we had a rainbow visit.
And treated all of our pets warmly. Currently , we have new kitten that was found by my daughter on a roadway and she was able to have them check it that very day for diseases and overall health, and our orange kitten, Josey Wales has nothing but nice things to say about the office as well. I recommend this animal hospital because they care and they do what they can to accommodate every situation.

5244 E Trindle Rd #3520, MechanicsburgWonderful care for my dog. Great Doctor and staff. Wish I knew about them years ago. They are half the cost of her previous vet which allows me to continue caring for my furbaby. Scheduled dental with them because they were $1,000 less than her previous vet.
I recommend them wholeheartedly. I feel like I've been blessed.

We were blessed to work with them for the best passage possible for Moxie, our 14-tear old Border Collie, who went to her rest on May 11, 2026. 1424 S Market St, MechanicsburgMy wife has been fostering kittens for a couple years now. We have been lucky with our foster kittens, but this morning one of our new foster kittens was near death. Our adult cats are seen regularly at Winding Hill, so that was our first call. They were so understanding and gracious, and asked us to bring the kitten in right away. They were able to see the kitten immediately and treated her with such care and dignity. Even though the kitten could not be saved, the staff and doctor were thorough and provided the best care possible under the circumstances. And they did not make this visit a financial burden for us either. Top notch care without charging us an arm and a leg - GREAT veterinary practice in Mechanicsburg!

1810 Lambs Gap Rd, MechanicsburgOur dog loves Greenlin! She doesn't even turn back to look at us when we drop her off here. She just runs right to the staff and the door to enter the boarding area. We would prefer to take her with us when we travel but she does not enjoy being in public and she loves to visit Greenlin. It's a bit pricey but we know she is safe, well cared for and enjoying plenty of playtime.
