“I cannot say enough good things about Amanda, one of the groomers at Benny's. My dog Callie is sweet, but reactive around other dogs and nervous around people. In the year or so we've been coming here, while she's been trained at home, Amanda has worked absolute MIRACLES with her with grooming, to the point where Callie is comfortable being blow dried after hating the dryer with a passion. Today, Callie even greeted Amanda with a wagging tail and walked into the grooming area willingly! And of course, my girl is always well groomed and perfectly clean when she walks out. The grooming prices are reasonable as well, but you can't put a price on your dog being comfortable with a groomer, and that's what I value most.”

“I stopped in for the first time today. The shop is absolutely lovely and has a wide variety of toys, treats and baked goods. All of the items are reasonably priced and great quality. The staff were very kind and knowledgeable. I plan to be a frequent customer.”

“Charlie was a good boy for his summer grooming apt at Angie's Bark Avenue ? Angie Eyler did a fantastic job with him. She was the 1st groomer he allowed to do his nails. “update: I went back and was helped by a super nice young lady. this time it took less than 5 minutes to find help and get my snails. overall a much better experience

Last week or a week ago I got a racer snail and he died. So i come back today to get two new ones, I stand at the fish area while a lady helps another customer and then promptly get ignored while she walks away, puts everything away and turns off the fish tank lights.
I literally just wanted two snails and i’m leaving empty handed and having wasted at least 10 mins of my time.
Thanks for nothing petsmart! Great customer service you guys got there.

Oh and when i went to ask another employee for help they were using their cellphone on a call.

“This is a fabulous place to train, show, judge your furry babies. Every teacher is caring and experienced. They teach you to train your dog. Every dog needs some foundation training and its up to you to guide your dog through what they need with love and patience.”

“The vet and technician were exceptionally, gentle, patient, and kind to my very nervous cats. The appointments were on time and completed efficiently and professionally. Two helpers checked us in and gathered necessary details, no time wasted. The clinic was set up in a very quiet corner of the store which calmed my cats, and the visit was fairly priced. I will definitely use Vetco for all of my pets’ vaccinations.”

“Had issues with our former groomer (unreliable and kept cancelling our appointments) Petco had an appointment right away (As our dog was in desperate need of a cut) Nervous leaving her as she has separation anxiety and a rough past(rescue puppy) I can't say enough good things about Zach the groomer. Pleasant attitude, great at making our Khloe feel comfortable. He did an EXCELLENT job with her groom . When we went to pick her up she looked like a new dog! Will be using Petco and Zach going forward!!”

“As a proud owner of a 5-month-old Mini Golden Doodle, I was on the hunt for a grooming appointment. However, many places in the area were not accepting new clients, and I was hesitant to try a national chain store for my precious fur baby. Finally, I secured an appointment within 10 days, and I was excited to get my little Vidi all cleaned up and looking fresh. But unfortunately, on the day of the appointment, Vidi suddenly fell ill from ingesting something she shouldn't have, and ended up vomiting all over the floor behind the counter. I was mortified, as I had never seen her like this before. However, the kind lady at the front desk immediately suggested we reschedule and was able to book Vidi for two days later. She even generously offered to clean up the mess. When I returned with Vidi two days later, she was feeling much better. Kaitlyn (or perhaps Caitlin, I hope I'm spelling it right) checked her in and went over the haircut details with me. She was incredibly thorough in explaining what Vidi would look like and what length would be recommended. It was evident that she knew what she was doing. Throughout the grooming process, Kaitlyn stayed in touch with me via their text message service, which was convenient as I ran some errands around town. I returned after about 2 1/2 hours, and to my delight, Vidi was all done. She had the cutest little purple bows in her hair and looked like a different dog altogether. I absolutely loved the way she turned out, and I couldn't be happier. I'm so grateful to have found Kaitlyn (or Caitlin) and look forward to many more grooming sessions with her. I highly recommend her and will definitely be coming back.”
