“After living in Lexington Apartments under Media Real Estate management for nearly 10 years, I can confidently say this property provides an excellent living experience.
The entire complex is well-maintained, and any time I needed assistance, the management team was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. To stay in one place for a decade speaks volumes about the quality of life, comfort, and service provided by the company.
I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home. If any friends were looking in the area, this is the first company I would point them to!”
“If your looking forsomewhere secluded but super close to the city for a decent price... highly recommend! I saw reviews about break-ins in cars at the upper levels but never had any issues in the lower 200 level. Great parking right outside the door, Kevin is great at communication.”
“I have been here for 3 years and I must say I haven’t had any complaints. They take care of your issues in your unit quick, staff on site 24/7 if your ever locked out your unit. Very affordable and your only responsibility is electric. The owner has been very gracious to not increase my rent by an enormous amount thankfully year to year. It’s the little things that really matter.”
“The building is well maintained, the management team is responsive, and the staff are always friendly and professional. The location is convenient, the community is quiet, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and comfortable.”
“I help manage this property and can honestly safe that the staff works hard every day to keep things running smoothly. It's rewarding to be a part of a community that values quality and service.”
“I would like to commend Drexelbrook maintenance team. My refrigerator went out and Connie had Paul there in a few hours. When it was determined that it could not be repaired I had a replacement within the hour. Paul was extremely helpful and made sure everything was done correctly.”
“Great place to live great amenities great location close to transportation it awesome how apartments already have washer and dryer fitness center and outdoor fitness center is a bonus”
“My overall experience with applying for the apartment and touring the facility was truly amazing! Rebecca was very helpful , communicative and helpful with the process! So excited for this journey! Thanks Rebecca for being patient and answering every question I had.”

“I love living in this building, everything is top notch. The management team is so responsive if anything comes up. Super clean, beautiful finishes and a layout that makes work from home doable. The gym has everything you need, plus there are so many gym options within walking distance. Traders Joes and suburban square steps away - a fantastic location. Highly recommend this building to anyone who is looking.”
“Today is Monday February 22, 2026 I wanted to give a shout out to maintenance. They went above cleaning the snow from walk ways, dog park. They made it easy for us older people who have mobility issues. I just wanted to say we appreciate. Thank You!”
“They’ve helped with everything when I needed it. The staff makes you feel like family. I just moved out here from Oklahoma and it’s been a really nice place.”
“The staff is nice, but the tenants leave trash everywhere. There is a cleaning service for the hallways, but it's hard for them to keep up. I emailed the office twice to complain about my downstairs neighbor smoking weed, but never received a response. I will say that the maintenance staff—especially Superintendent Alex—and the property manager are very professional and polite, though.”
“Lived here 22 years , this is a well run complex , addressing issues as they come up , and handle all maintenance issues quickly. Charlene and Brooke do an outstanding job keeping the community safe. The only issue I would have is the yearly rent increase , which does not keep up with cost of Living its way more .”
“I met with Stacie to tour a 2 bedroom apartment. She was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions! The apartment that we saw was beautifully renovated with new cabinets, appliances and flooring. The landscaping is well maintained and you can tell they really care about the building.”

“My wife and I lived here 25 years so that should speak for itself as to how we love the neighborhood. Most of the bad reviews I've read are obviously disgruntled owners or tenants who have some axe to grind. For the most part, HOA fees are high, but the need of this community requires even more upkeep than owners are willing to pay for. That said managed has in fact done a remarkable job with necessary maintenance & upkeep. I was on the Council several years and I know it's not easy to please everyone. But just drive around the neighborhood and you'll see it is amazing to find such affordable living space in an area where the average houses range around $500,000. Everything you need is close by, excellent schools, and contrary to some comical comments I saw, there is no more quiet place to live (perhaps even TOO quiet at times). By the way, we moved out, yes, but we now live less than a mile away!!”
“Lived on the 3rd floor at Strafford Station for 3 years & just relocated to Philly for a great job opportunity. I had a very good experience at Strafford Station and found the Management to be highly responsive to all needs and concerns throughout my residency. Assistant Property Manager Briea Middleton was outstanding! She was professional, polite and very helpful, especially during the move out process. I hope that she is recognized for her great work & dedication. Thank you Briea!!! Respectfully, Tom D”
“I only lived in one apartment in one building, by myself, for one year.
Pros: walkable neighborhood, easy parking, close access to supermarket, fire department, local library, park with walking trails, and post office. 10 minute drive to large chain stores and good coffee and great restaurants. Right off the 495 ramp, easy access to Philadelphia International Airport, and 30 minutes to downtown Philadelphia without a traffic jam. Office staff promptly respond to serious issues. Unfortunately someone did move in after me and brought roaches with them; the issue was taken seriously immediately and fully resolved as were other issues (e.g. noise complaints). I had clear communication with the office on all my move-in, obtaining keys process and the move out process was also clearly communicated, key return was no problem, and I receieved a refund check for my security deposit with no issues. I also had no issues with my packages being delivered in terms of no issues with them being stolen, though I understand it did happen in other locations on the property.
Cons: the apartment turnover is too quick and sloppy. They even left one of my windows unhinged and I didn't notice for weeks, which was kind of dangerous as a single woman living alone at street level. The fridge freezer and washing machine had serious mold issues; had to wait weeks for parts to be replaced. Food disposal wasn't working properly and cabinet doors had loose hinges. The office and maintenance teams are dedicated, but they are also small for a property of this size. Anything that is not an emergency can take up to a month to be resolved and questions emailed that are not an emergency never get answered. If there is serious snow clean up needed, they rely on a vendor and that may or may not go quickly depending on where you live in the property (e.g. the sidewalks around the building where the leasing office is located are cleared up to a week before the sidewalks outside other apartment buildings).
My biggest concern living here was Claymont does not have its own police force. I once heard a very loud domestic dispute right outside my apartment in the middle of the night (involving a child) and when I called the Wilmington police the man on the phone showed almost no concern, asked me whether the people were white, Hispanic or Black even though I had already explained I was inside my apartment hearing something happening outside, and in the end the police never came and never followed up with me.
Second was increasingly seeing dog feces around the property. When I first moved in I never saw it, but as the year went by I saw it more and more. During heavy snow it was almost everywhere. All this said, I would live here again. The biggest pro for me is the buildings are new (less than 10 years old), the space in the units is designed smartly, and the ceilings are high. The apartments are worth the rent.”
“Love this place for the most part. The downfall to living near a creek are the bugs and the occasional mouse. I’d still recommend as the property is wellmaintained, beautiful greenery and quiet neighborhood.”
“Great customer service. Sierra has been wonderful, promptly answering all my questions. The rest of the staff are amazing as well! Technicians always show up immediately on the same day.”

“Full disclosure, I've only lived here a few days. The review is only four stars because of that. Assuming things continue the way they are during my time here, this will change to 5 stars. I moved from out of state and had to handle everything online, without getting to view anything prior to moving in. The leasing office was exceptionally helpful in getting me set up and answering any questions I had. Move in day went smoothly and I LOVE the apartment. It is spacious, clean, and everything works. The parking to date has been excellent as well, and there is even a cute creek behind the building. The little bit of the surrounding area I have been able to explore is lovely. The apartment complex is mostly clean and quiet. One of my biggest fears was that people would be loud and making noise at all times of night, but, it has been quiet. I'm over the moon with the apartment. Maintenance staff seems friendly and knowledgeable. There's a small gym and laundry facilities in the building. I could not be happier. Thank you to everyone at Glen Manor who has helped me get moved in!Update: At the six month mark, my experience has been mostly very positive. I've had some minor maintenance issues relating to outlets not working, but, that, in my experience, is a common issue. Maintenance worked quickly to help me resolve the issues as well as possible. Last night I returned home from a few weeks out of town and the a/c was not working (blowing, but not cold air). This morning maintenance came by and refilled the coolant to ensure the A/C was blowing cool AND is having someone else come out to look at it this evening to make sure there are no further issues. I'll try to update either way, but I've been very happy at Glen Manor and very appreciative of both maintenance and the leasing office. Thank you!Update2: at the one year mark, November 2021, or so, had an issue with the shower, where water was weirdly leaking out of the back of the shower into the apartment...plumbing here is interesting (not gross, just interesting :).) I filed an online form for maintenance and in a day or so someone from the apartment came by, and similar to the a/c experience, had called a contractor to look at the plumbing by the end end of the day. It was resolved temporarily that day, and followed up on for a long term fix a week later, or so, once the parts came in. Also, i don't feel like reading my already long review, so i don't know if I mentioned it, but, the rent increase for renewal was exceptionally moderate, in my opinion, which I was thrilled about. I very much enjoy living here.Update3: still all good about 1.5 years in! Had an issue with the outlets in the kitchen, and thus an issue with powering the fridge...maintenance was by within the hour (or so) to check on it, and it was resolved to my satisfaction quickly (thank you.) Also, i've yet to meet an unfriendly neighbor...not social, perhaps (most are social, in my experience), but none that are unfriendly, that i've encountered .Also, if you live in the area, I highly recommend "The Morton House"...it's about a 20-30 minute walk from the apartment complex...i believe it opens up to John Heinz Wildlife Preserve, but whatever it is, it is beautiful, has a public access fishing dock, and the historical Morton House...highly recommended! You'll see me and my dog walking around a good bit. The surrounding area is BEAUTIFUL, imo, and me and the dog love Glenolden Park (though she is not technically permitted, i haven't had an issue) and walking the creek.”
“Absolutely love this place! The property manager Tinesha is great!! She is always welcoming anytime I ever call the office with a question. For the few months I have lived here it's been great vibes from everyone. I love my apartment and so does anyone that comes to visit. I get so many compliments on the overall apartment and complex area. I recommend this place to everyone. Great place to live. This will be my home for a long time.”
“A great apartment place at affordable cost. The environment is safe. The leasing office is asessable and willing to help. Its a place you should live in. You will have no regret you did.”
“We love Media Station Apartments! We stayed there for 3 years and absolutely loved the location, space, and the level of service that was provided to maintain the shared spaces, parking lots, and whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend!”
