“I went to UPS Folsom to ship a package and was pleasantly surprised to learn they also offer printing services. The staff was incredibly helpful and put together a book for me using both color and black-and-white pages in about an hour and a half. It turned out beautifully and was exactly what I needed as a gift. I truly appreciate their knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help. Thank you for making the process so easy!”

“I was returning a package and had a USPS label on my phone but no printer. The company wouldn't send me a QR code. USPS couldn't help me but said UPS could. They couldn't print the label either but the employee told me I could email it to them and he could print a UPS label. Thing was, I didn't know how to email! The employee helped me with that too. I was in a real pickle and didn't know what to do but they solved my problem easily! They were terrific!”
