“So, I could not wait to share this feedback regarding the recent experience I had with T-Mobile. We had some questions regarding our plan, phones, payments, and many more and we stopped by the T-Mobile in Media, PA (where we live) and we were blown away by the service T-Mobile Team Media provided to us. I mean, the entire time I was there my jaw could not close. It was unbelievable. The lead Dan, along with his team Cris, John, Trey, and Seeta, paid attention to every single detail or question we had. They were so genuine with design to help us get the best service possible that it seemed too good to be true but the thing is - it was true! I mean, this is customer service at its excellence! They went through all possible options, offers, and ways to ensure we leave 100% satisfied, happy customers! They answered every question we had. They resolved every problem we had. They provided the best offers we could get. They treated us as a valued T-Mobile family! Man, it truly felt good. I had not seen such customer care in so long! So, if you want to be cared for and treated with respect, as a valued customer - stop by the T-Mobile Media (T-Mobile Authorized Retailer), at 1083 W Baltimore Pike Ste G, Media, PA 19063, the Granite Run Mall, and see for yourself. I truly recommend T-Mobile as a cellphone service company as it is but now I also recommend the T-Mobile Media team as the team that can truly make a significant difference in serving you best possible way. “I was in dire need of a new phone and was looking for a new Samsung. I have been a loyal AT&T customer for decades and never consider going anywhere else for a phone. I called the Wayne, PA store and spoke with Edvard to inquire what would be the best replacement for my 5-year-old Samsung 10+. Got the info I needed and stopped in a couple days later. Edvard was the best, completely knowledgeable, personable and professional. I am a bit of a techno-idiot (due to my age) and Edvard was very patient and knew the products. Since I haven't bought a new phone in a while I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the info transfer was from my old phone to the new S25+. I was never a fan of auto-pay but that's how it's done today so Edvard set that up for me. If you are looking for a new phone don't hesitate to come to this store.”
“AT&T Wynnwood was great to work with. I was having issues with my phone turning on and off but Shah was able to bypass the issues on my current phone to transfer everything to my new phone and I’m going home with a working phone. Strongly recommend working with Shah!”

“I had the best experience at the Verizon store in Berwyn PA thanks to Charlie. We have recently switched to YouTube FIOS from regular cable and the learning curve is rough. We had some issues trying to figure out how to set it up. The original rep who sold us the plan was fine/just ok …but Charlie’s customer service was exceptional. He went above and beyond to help us with the set up. I can’t thank him enough for explaining everything, being patient and taking the time to help us. Highly recommend Charlie for anything you are buying or troubleshooting.”

“Darryl is a superstar. I’ve always had good experiences at the Verizon store in Newtown square, with Theo, and others in the past. The last two times my family and I went there, Darryl helped us. He not only helped us, he took the time to explain important details that helped us maximize our plans. One of the last times Darryl helped us, he wasn’t even making commission because it was a phone issue. He spent an hour with me and kept me relaxed when I was sure I had lost 12 years worth of pictures. He helped me figure it out and saved my iCloud backup data and all those pictures started flooding back into my replacement phone. No commission - just total professionalism. I gave him a bear hug! What a stand up dude! Theo was great too. THANK YOU DARRYL!!!”
“Aliza was fantastic at helping me get my phone traded in for the 16 which I have bought. She also was able to get me on a cheaper plan being 70 years old and advise me about free Internet that’s going on called 55+! she is a manager of many stores and she really knew everything that was out there!I feel very lucky to have gotten her when I went in the store. My friend Robert was also with me and we were considering possibly having a plan together and then getting free Internet so much cheaper than Comcast!”

“Ok so was quick to give a bad review about my experience at a different AT&T store, the 778 W. Sproul Rd., Springfield, PA, which was so horrible this past Sunday. Now this AT&T store, which is actually closer to me, was a completely different experience. A representative named Jordan at this store was actually pleasant and helpful, unlike the people at 778 W. Sproul Rd. who are there to try to take advantage of you with purposefully deceptive sale practices. He was able to help us undo and correct the nightmare that 778 Sproul Rd. had created for us. Jordan and another rep there, a female who I wish I remembered her name, were extremely knowledgeable and understanding. They restored our faith in AT&T as a business and our service provider. Thank you so much to Jordan he provided excellent customer service and exceeded our expectations. We will be doing all of our business there in the future!”
