“Lost a bag last week - Two gloves, about a dozen tees and seven balls left mistakenly in a golf cart sometime last Wed. After golfing a beautiful and challenging course, followed by lunch, I then departed. While driving down the road thought back and realized my error. Called the clubhouse about 20 after leaving - Long story short, not only did an employee go out to the carts to inspect which was appreciated in and of itself...helpful woman, but after the fact, a member of the community apparently returned the bag to the clubhouse. I received a call soon after from another employee informing me that my items were returned and secure. Great course, better people and employees. Can't go wrong golfing at Spring Valley Golf & Lodge”

“Just had a large bridal party event for 2 nights and we all stayed here. Very easy to work with from the start, and we were beyond happy with the hotel and service we received. They made a nice sign to welcome us and our guests in the lobby and had the shuttle schedule to the venue on display which was a huge help to ensure everyone knew where to be. Also had a welcome bottle of wine in our room for us which was a great little surprise when we arrived. Definitely would recommend”

“Stayed for the weekend on the Canadian Family long weekend. It was fantastic ?. Service was great. Clean rooms. Price was great. Keep them that way!!! Booked directly on the phone with general manager Sana and pre-paid with Mike. Price was matched from Best Western online website. Thank you!Location was the best it could be. Steps away from the outlets and restaurants/Brewery. Breakfast was great, just need to improve the scramble eggs, they were watery. Also need to add bacon to the breakfast bar. Coffee was great! Included.Parking your car right in front of your room is a plus!
