I'm not sure how the staff knew, but we were surprised to find a very thoughtful and kind bereavement package in each of our rooms. Can't say how much this kindness meant.”

“I have stayed at this location 40+ times over the past 2 years. I travel very frequently for work and this location has remained my favorite. The accommodations are average, but nothing less than you would expect from a Hampton Inn & Suites. I have stayed at nicer hotels, but the sole purpose for this 5 star review is the staff. The service is unmatched. The rooms are always clean. I rarely have issues. I have never once dealt with a difficult employee. The few times I've had small issues come up, they get resolved without any frustration. Specifically, Marcus is awesome. He always remembers me when I get there. He has caught and fixed issues with my reservation several times before I even noticed. When he sees that my corporate rate isn't added properly, he fixes it before I get a chance to bring it up. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure my stay is enjoyable. Every time. I forgot my wallet in my room one time and they found it and shipped it to me. I had quite a bit of cash in it and it was all there when I received it. Sounds simple, but these days it is worth noting that type of honesty and integrity. This location has set the bar so high for customer service that I get frustrated when I don't have the same experience elsewhere. Getting to engage with a team of employees that are able to consistently offer a great experience at every interaction is truly a privilege.”

“Located inside the Radisson, the bartenders are great, especially Heather. I would like to see more people in the restaurant bar but other than that, this place has music, sports, limited menu, and really good drinks-friendly staff is a plus! Very clean!”

“I can say this hotel had its issues but we were there for almost a week and the hotel owner and staff were great! We were apart of a very large group of people that were with the same event that stayed there. My kids have asked many times when we go back this June if we are going to stay there again. (My answer that's the plan if the same person owns it and we are able to get blocks for the week again) Now we did have one of the more updated rooms but our jacuzzi tub didn't work but we didnt book a room for that feature it just happened to be what we got so not a deal breaker for us. The restaraunt/bar area was open burgers were amazing!! The kids had a blast... look at the pictures yep (i just was looking and someone uploaded one of our kids having a blast) one night even the owner came from behind the bar to join in the fun for a minute. They needed something to do because the pool had closed by the time we got back. Talked to the owner about the expanding pool hours. He simply explained his insurance didn't allow it so i explained to the kids the reason we all understood and found them other things to do. They played cards in the courtyard. They hung out and just made memories with friends from many other states they only see a few times a year. So i guess my look at things is sometimes the memories made overshadow some minor inconveniences of something not working or something closed. If it is safe, clean, comfortable and the staff address concerns I am good. So Thanks for a great week. Maybe not everyone liked it but we did. I have stayed in worse and I have stayed in better but the owner had only had it for about 5 or 6 months after it sitting empty for several year so it will take time to bring it back to its beauty. You can tell at one time it was a very upscale place and had been abandoned. The owner is attempting to bring it back.Nearby activities: We enjoyed the chocolate store!!! And there was a local pizza place that was amazing! The skating rink was our place for all day during our stay!”
