This is truly the place to have a birthday party, you have the whole place to yourself with no other people coming to visit. Reese and Jess were both amazing! Truly great vibes. They have excellent customer service & they took care of everything. Reese and Jess put together an amazing party room with the best decorations. The place is SUPER clean including the bathrooms. “My husband and I got married at Tendenza in July 2023 and had the most amazing day ever! We came across Cescaphe while doing a Google search for wedding venues and were able to speak with some one about what we were looking for. We were told that they were reopening Tendenza and it would be the best fit for our wedding. We began the process of planning our wedding with Cescaphe. Samantha and Keara was great during the planning process and listened to everything we wanted for our special day. The day of we had Josephine as our maitre d' and she was AMAZING! Josephine made sure we had a drink in our hand as well as made sure we took breaks to eat. She really made our day special. Overall, our guests could not stop raving about how amazing the food and experience with Cescaphe was. We had the most amazing time and wish we could relive that moment again!”

“Little did I know the US Squash Headquarters is in Drexels Campus. It's a very nice facility that I suggest checking out. They have a ton of courts, gears, and rentals. The bathroom facility is good/clean. Very good price point for monthly or single memberships as well.”

It's the perfect combination of structure, laying the foundation for higher skills, and fun. My four year old is building socialization skills, learning to take turns and listen, etc., which is invaluable. But the absolute best part is seeing the sheer joy on his face during class. Absolutely priceless.”

“My husband and I recently tied the knot at the Arts Ballroom and two weeks later we're still getting daily texts/remarks from my friends and family about how fantastic the food and venue were. The dessert room was a tremendous hit with both the kids and adults, everyone has a different food-based memory as the Arts truly goes over the top when it comes to food. We had a number of folks with dietary restrictions and everyone felt the venue handled their needs well and delivered high quality food.We worked mainly with Taylor (after the original event specialist we were working with left the team between us signing the contract and us preparing for the wedding quite some time later) and she went out of her way to understand what was important to us, communicate what she needed from us, and coordinate with us when we wanted to ship a number of things to the venue as we live in NY (we shipped things and everything worked out great!). On the day-of she was always nearby and willing to help me get the wedding of my dreams, including having the chairs rearranged when I wasn't in love with the original design, making sure the chuppah was set up to our liking, making sure all the décor elements we brought were laid out according to our vision, and keeping me up to date on the schedule of the day. I have anxiety so having someone so attentive to my needs and communicative early on in the day melted away some of the anxious bride thoughts that popped up and made it so much easier for me to just enjoy myself and worry a bit less.Everything that was important to us on our day was perfect. One small thing was that when we were asked the flavor cake we wanted, we requested raspberry marble (and had menus indicating that flavor to our guests) but when we cut into the cake we noticed it was actually lemon pound cake. While we were disappointed, the flavor of the cake wasn't that important to us and we didn't put a big stress on it so we weren't upset longer than a minute as the rest of the day was perfect.Have your wedding at the Arts Ballroom if you want to have the delicious food-filled wedding of your dreams!”

“Corridor is an amazing three floor gallery in the heart of Fishtown, complete with a mix of local artists and rotating exhibitions. I spent about half an hour wandering through the building and really enjoyed the setup and curatorial work. Staff here is super helpful in terms of outlining what you're about to take in, and the gallery itself is free to walk into.Make sure to add this to your Fishtown itinerary! I joined the mailing list to stay up to date on future openings and look forward to being a regular supporter of this community gem.”

“We worked with Rylee at F&P to coordinate our day. It was incredibly convenient to have catering and the venue in one and as a catering company first, F&P showcased some amazing food. The staff was also incredibly generous with their time and we were able to use the venue for some other meetings during our planning process. They made us feel welcome all throughout the process, not just on the day. They accommodated all of our dietary and kashrut restrictions without any concern or complaint. I believe one of our guests tripped over a light during some overly intense dancing - no fault of the venue, very much a fluke - and we had no idea on the day. The worked their magic so quickly, we only got to laugh about it later.”

“Merion Tribute house is the perfect venue for a rustic castle-style wedding. It was everything we wanted in a venue. The Legion room is perfect for hosting a cozy indoor ceremony while the patio and lounge are perfect for cocktail hour. The ballroom is the perfect mix of large to host but still hinting toward rustic formal charm. The stage is perfect for a live band (we had one and it was great!) The entry area is jaw-droppingly gorgeous and the building itself is a jewel. You get the entire venue to yourself for your day, no sharing with others, and Collette was very easy to work with and has all sorts of diagrams and information on measurements and whatnot for helping you plan things out. She can work with you to store your decor and alcohol at the venue in advance so it's already there days before your event. They have preferred caterers and we went with John Serrock who was amazing as well. This venue was everything we hoped and dreamed and was reasonably costed too.
