“First time here and everything was great! We got there early for lunch (food was perfect) then Hans gave us such a great, informative, hilarious tour/tasting we ended up staying for another round. “We had our sons 2nd birthday here, and it was smooth sailing! The event space was clean and full of fun toys for the kids. They accommodated our balloon artist, which was greatly appreciated. The staff were friendly, and helpful during setup and cleanup. The party table for the kids was sweetly decorated. The space was designed perfectly, which made it easy for both adults and kids to enjoy the party. Highly recommend!”

“Great show!Adding that I just saw Spring Show - A Doomsday in the Life. Written by students, with Cast, Crew, Band, and Business aspects all done by Penn students. An original show which was very professional with comedy, singing, dancing, and even tap! Well worth a visit!”

“Corridor is an amazing three floor gallery in the heart of Fishtown, complete with a mix of local artists and rotating exhibitions. I spent about half an hour wandering through the building and really enjoyed the setup and curatorial work. Staff here is super helpful in terms of outlining what you're about to take in, and the gallery itself is free to walk into.Make sure to add this to your Fishtown itinerary! I joined the mailing list to stay up to date on future openings and look forward to being a regular supporter of this community gem.”

“We had our wedding here this past December and I can’t recommend it enough. The building is beautiful and an amazing piece of history and the current goings on just make it better. The lighting added to the auditorium is austere and the disco ball in the gym is simply fabulous. All of the people at Bok were great and easy to work with. Elise was a wonderful guide who was available and knowledgeable throughout the planning process. For the wedding itself our lighting was done in house, the wedding party got ready onsite with breakfast pastries from downstairs and we got to do photos on the roof with the city behind us. If any of this sounds good to you, go take a look and see for yourself - it's awesome”

“We had a wonderful and amazing experience having our toddler's second birthday party here! We had approx. a dozen toddlers and their parents, along with friends/family/cousins, and there was plenty of room and fun for all. Adrienne and her team made the process seamless and for everything they did and all props, games, and decorations, we found the cost very reasonable. We've since been sending our toddler to the sports class, which has also been a fantastic experience! Thank you LCAC for being awesome!”

“Showed up at HH and it was packed, didn't help that there was a Phillies game on. Managed to snag a seat at the downstairs bar, probably should've just went upstairs. Ordered their house red ale and enjoyed it thoroughly. In classic me mode, I only had one beer while I read a chapter before I moved on to the next bar.”

“Such an inviting space…really a sanctuary! Dr. Alston is an excellent teacher - providing a space for healing, alignment and advice on living a simple, meaningful life. The classes are accesible for all. Her assistant Hunter is also a kind soul and helpful with answering any of your questions.Join a class or even a special event. Her annual yoga day at the beach is fantastic…I’m happy to be part of this community!”

“Little did I know the US Squash Headquarters is in Drexels Campus. It's a very nice facility that I suggest checking out. They have a ton of courts, gears, and rentals. The bathroom facility is good/clean. Very good price point for monthly or single memberships as well.”

As fellow event professionals our team found them professional and attentive to every detail. They were easy to work with always recognizing we are all on the same team, team couple. “What a really great spot. We came for a work dinner, not knowing what to expect, and it could not have been a nicer evening. The food was fantastic, from the very first appetizer to the delicious dessert cups at the end. The service was even better. The people were really lovely and the ambiance was warm and intimate. Perfect night. Thank you!”

“Came here for a friend's private birthday party and had an amazing time. Eclectic 2 floor place with pool, ping pong, and darts. Lots of seating. Space for a live band. The owner, Rich, and the bartenders, Jezebel and Colin, were extremely nice. I'd say it's a great place to have an event depending on how many people you have. Note for people who drive: parking is extremely limited (obviously not the venue's fault).”

“Amazing meal served well by Crysta. Crysta made the Salmon special sound so good I had to try it. It did not disappoint. Salmon, grilled to perfection, placed on a bed of spinach, topped with crab and asparagus. Smothered in the most amazing cream sauce. Best meal I had on my short stay in Philadelphia.”

“We were there for a funeral luncheon. The food was great but the staff was exceptional. Could not have been nicer. I asked for a to go platter for my 90 year old Aunt. It was no problem. They gave her enough for 2 days. They were terrific.”

“Beer Fest Activities @ 23rd St Armory! There were about 20+ breweries participating! I had a VIP Early Access Ticket…it was great to get started with the sampling before it became crowded!I focused on breweries that I haven’t had previous tastes…sadly this is when I realized I have a ‘beer problem’..there may have been 2-3 only that I NEVER had and once I sampled them…I wish I hadn’t…Haahaa! My philosophy about breweries today is: If you brew beer - it doesn’t = good beer!It was a good time overall!”

“?Carpenter Hall——is an important conference hall in the early days of the United States. Next, I will share with you some of my feelings after visiting~??I like the decoration style of the hall very much. The general high-end simplicity is matched with the right complexity of details. In the low-brightness yellow, the existence of black and white shows the seriousness and dignity of the leader? It is really a textbook color combination~?Even after so many years, people can still feel the solemnity of taking the oath here??There are some coins of great men for sale in the exhibition hall. The prices are not cheap, but they are also relatively exquisite souvenirs???‍♀️The place here is not particularly big~ but the overall historical atmosphere is very strong. The first Continental Congress was held here. The Second Continental Congress met in Independence Hall and declared American independence. It is a landmark building with special significance in the United States?❗️❗️If you are interested in history, retro, and architecture when you come to Philadelphia, it is highly recommended to visit Carpenter Hall. The combination of traditional and simple styles here also breaks through the fashion and high-end from a modern perspective, which is admirable~”

“We have been to Bridgemen's Ballroom several times to cover photography over the years. We had the pleasure of documenting a beautiful wedding couple have their ceremony and reception there. I really love the modern look of the ballroom, the high ceilings and I like the added metal fixures on the chandeliers which gave them a more modern look. The room is very large and spacious and can hold a lot of guests. The gazebo ceremony was a lovely area as the sun was setting. The food was great, and the staff are so friendly, I especially loved working with the wedding coordinator who works really hard, I've met her before at another event. I look forward to coming to this location again to cover more photography events!”

“Great venue for concerts and live shows! Old school opera stage converted into a modern hall with lots of seating and a bar! Parking is hard to find, only street parking in surrounding blocks. Try to take a rideshare or subway there.”

“This place was a GOD send! We were looking for somewhere intimate to have our micro-wedding. This place was beyond perfect! The owner Laura was the sweetest and most helpful. She also owns the kitchen next door so you have the option to order in-house catering. The place is already beautiful so we didn't have to decorate much. If you're looking for a space to host a nice intimate gathering... this is it!”

“I truly loved having our 11.3.2023 reception at Front & Palmer. My husband and I eloped in Spain and wanted to showcase our time their through a party here. We originally had been communicating with Lini who left Front & Palmer shortly after we signed our contract. We were connected with Rlyee, who was absolutely amazing. She as so sweet and took notes of absolutely everything. The food was phenomenal! We had people rave our literally everything. The venue itself is like being in an art studio. The vibe is emaculate. The only feedback is really something that was forgotten, which was pulling back the hanging down string lights and curtains near the dance floor ( I specifically requested it because I really hate the look of it. Otherwise, I truly cannot complain. I would have the reception there again if I could. The service was amazing, the staff were kind, the food was literally to die for. Especially the mini tacos and short ribs *drool*. We had paid for 85 people and had 77 show up! Lots of space for easily 50 more people with room left over.”
