“Our initial reservation at another Enterprise was a joke! This location at HIA was FANTASTIC! Paul and Olivia at the counter were so polite, friendly and understanding they helped us get a rental car and we will now go to this location!”
“I was told when I got to the counter that there were no compact cars, but only SUVs available. I was a little nervous at first, but the representative assured me there would be no additional cost. She said she had a Jeep Wrangler available, which just so happens to be my dream Jeep! ? I was very pleased with my rental and the process overall. I’m not sure of names for the young lady at the counter or the attendant for drop off, but both women had great customer service, and I will definitely rent from Alamo again! ?”
“I will only rent from Budget from now on. I usually rent from another big name agency but they don't offer electric vehicles and I wanted to drive a Tesla this time. I've driven by this Budget a lot and their lot is FULL of nothing but Teslas and Polestars so I gave them a shot and rented a brand new 2023 Model Y with 3,000 miles for $37 a day... total cost for the whole weekend was $170 AND that was with the full LDW coverage also. WAY cheaper than the other places that only rent out Camrys or Jettas. I will definitely only rent from Budget from now on.”
