“I had a positive experience with John (and I believe Patrick, if I'm correctly recalling his name). Yes, it's hard to contact them over the phone. Once you do though, or get help in person, they are exceptional.I rented a Tesla Model 3. I am a Tesla owner, so I'm familiar with the ecosystem. I have a Model Y Performance and wanted to try a M3 in the winter. The cars are a bit worn, but people abuse cars. Thanks, all!!”

“I don't know why this place has bad reviews. The people at Budget were able to accommodate me as a young driver when I needed to rent a car. I was in and out of the place in 20 minutes with a sweet Ford Focus they brought right to me. Check in was rather seamless with no issues. You definitely need to have your insurance card with you: I left mine in my car in California. Pretty standard rental policy like not driving it across international borders and no smoking. I'm dropping the car off at the airport, so I can't speak to the drop off process, but from observation that seemed rather painless too. I've dealt with terrible rental companies, this isn't one.”
