“I've been attending seminars twice, each year, at Red Lion Hotel for the past 20 years. The hotel has become my home away from home. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and furniture. That includes a robust WiFi, large screen TV's, with a diligent staff that really goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The facility is great for your family, equiped with a pool, arcade games, and an outdoor playground. You can start your day eating breakfast, or enjoy dinner at the restaurant. There is also a private dining that can support about 30 people. You can relax at the bar, or make new friends, at the bar, or while playing pool.If you're looking for a place to conduct business meetings, and conventions, the hotel has a variety of rooms that range from an auditorium sized amphitheater, to mid-sized, and small conference rooms. If you're looking for catering, you can contact the hotel, they will be more than happy to accommodate you.I find this hotel a true "One Stop, Shop" for you needs, small or large.”

“This hotel is exactly what a Marriott Courtyard should be! The front desk staff was extremely helpful, and gladly set my room on the top floor. The hotel decor is modern and well kept. The room itself was inviting and clean. Best of all, it was perfectly quiet, and we had a very restful night's sleep!”

“Nice rooms, decent breakfast, just around the corner from Hershey Park. The only reason for 4-star service is because they clean rooms every other day. I understand times may be challenging but WOW.”

“We visit Hotel Hershey every year and find it to be charming and with an old world elegance. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. We enjoy the amenities such as the eateries and the pool but also find the outer gardens and walkways to be equally enjoyable in every season. thank you!”

“Lived in this area all my life, but finally had time & came down after a hike on white cliffs trail. Great food, great service. Just great people there too!! The prices are amazing compared to a lot of other places imo!! But adding on the Mac & cheese bites was to die for, like more cheese liquid with a good amount of mac pasta noodles inside, but very very creamy & great cheese option! Definitely recommend after a good walk on the trail or even just a place to stop at for a quick bite!!Parking: You can either park at white cliffs hiking trail lot. Another option is in front of the bar. But me personally I park at white cliffs. Leave more space for you and others.Kid-friendliness: Great older people vibe they know how to make ya laugh!! They have bills all over the restaurant which is cool cause people sign them & hang them on the walls. The small things always interest me as a kid when I was younger. So being able to make a mark is pretty darn cool.”

“Only stayed one night, but it was very nice and very convenient to Hershey Park and the Hershey Lodge where I attended a conference.Rooms: On the small side, but very nice.Nearby activities: Very close to Hershey Park.”

“The hotel was generally basic but nothing to really complain as I knew when booking what I was paying for.The Front desk was really accommodating as there were several families stuck due to the snow storm and the front desk staff was mindful and let us use their dining areas and provided a lot of the basic toiletries.Rooms were clean and the shower pressure and bathrooms were all relatively good (looks like depending on your rooms you might have a different experience based on other reviews).”

“I recently stayed at the Escape Inn in Hershey, Pennsylvania, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The value for the price was outstanding! One of the standout features for me was the free Tesla charging, which made our stay even more convenient. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted to explore. The staff at the Escape Inn were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The comfortable bedding ensured a great night's sleep, and it was evident that the room had been recently renovated, adding to the overall comfort and ambiance. I highly recommend the Escape Inn for a delightful and hassle-free stay in Hershey. It was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely be returning in the future!”

“Great location and great service. The rooms are very clean. My only complaint is that I couldn't connect my PS5 to the internet. That's a huge turnoff for me since I'm a gamer.Nearby activities: Super close to Hershey Park”

“Carpets are filthy. Definitely have to wear socks or house slippers at all times. My room was not vacuumed well... my toddler found stale popcorn on the side of bed from previous guests. Breakfast is included, and I like that it had a hot waffle station. My check-in and out experience was great. Friendly and professional agents at the front desk. Room service came every day (which I had gotten unaccustomed to since covid), and that was great because we did get fresh linen.Walkability: Not great walkability. There is a gas station next door.Food & drinks: Several food and drink options within 6 minute drive. Definitely recommend mission BBQ”

“First look, it doesn't look like much, but it certainly serves my purpose. Rooms are very dated, but they are very clean. I've used some of the more classier motels in the area and they are not as well cleaned and taken care of as well as this place.Rooms: Very ve clean”

“Been staying at this location for about three years now I must say that they are incredible. They go the extra mile every time.Alicia and her staff are amazing. Demetrius, Wayne , Matt and the rest of the team treat me like I am at home every time! Fantastic group that take customer service to a new level!”

“My room itself was fine although the comforter was very thin. Having a kitchen would be nice if you were in the area for a couple days. Coffee was an issue for me as someone who needs it to wake up. The coffee machine in my room didn’t work, the machine in the lobby didn’t work, the front desk staff was just not there and then when they showed up they were not helpful, and the only coffee they had for sale was extremely sweet iced coffee. I get that things happen but it seems like reliable coffee should be a priority at a place where people sleep.”

“This hotel was clean and perfectly located. No it's not a 5 start hotel but it was clean and friendly. There was a decent selection for breakfast and they have a spot where you can get hot chocolate/tea/coffee anytime of the day.Rooms: CleanNearby activities: Close to Hersheypark and many restaurants.”

“We stopped here on the last leg of our trip home. They were able to accommodate us nicely. Staff is fantastic. Diane in the breakfast nook was the best, so friendly and warm. She is an asset to the hotel.Rooms: Bathroom toilet made a high pitched sound when flushed. That is my only complaint but I’m sure it is because the building is old”

“Excellent hotel, repeat customer - however Google states this location has an airport shuttle and it does not. I have never seen one there in the last 3 years and I just confirmed with front desk this morning that they have no shuttle service to the airport.”

“Beth was a sweetheart upon check in. She was multitasking as I was checking in but still acknowledged my presence with a smile. A bed and hot shower is all I really needed to get by. My only negative I wish they had a bigger fridge and better locks. They do have cameras on each floor and well lit parking.”

“Staff was really fun and knowledgeable of the area. Very quick to help out if you needed it as I did a couple of times while I was there. The location right off the interstate half hour drive to York Three Mile Island our drive to Gettysburg it's a great place to be at. Rooms were clean, and modernized. Fantastic Hotel definitely recommend it if you were in the area.Rooms: Spacious and modernized”

“2/24: Nice enough hotel and recommend if you can get a good rate.Couple of issues:Very loud hotel. Very thin walls, and my room had adjoining rooms on both sides so I heard stuff all night. You can hear highway traffic all night long.Darkest bathroom I’ve ever been in, could’ve used way more light.Convenient chat function, should be available at all Marriotts. However, requested housekeeping at 9am two different days (and requested early due to taking conference calls in the room) and both days they still didn’t show up until 3pm, which is a major issue for me.Last weird thing, they had sheets branded for Best Western. Not expected at Sheraton, which is supposed to be a pretty upscale brand.”

“Overall good experience. Rooms are a bit old but it was okay. The dryer in the laundry area wasn't working and we lost our money. Otherwise good hospitality and service. Thank you Faith & Travis!”
