“Katie was amazing ! She went over all the details and pointers on how to better use the unit to store my belongings in a safe manner . Very professional and knowledgeable.”
“Went thru online, to rent a unit, it was nice and easy. All the necessary info was emailed to me, I was literally inside the facility and moving my stuff into the unit within 20 minutes. Unit was clean and sweeped up nicely.”
“Alyssa, the manager, is always attentive and works hard to make sure the facility is neat and clean. If I have any questions or need something looked after she does not hesitate to take care of it right away. Always smiling, welcoming and friendly. She makes you feel at home. She earns those five stars I awarded her!”
“Brenda delivered my POD on Friday, and she was exceptional from start to finish. She called me ahead of time, arrived right on time, and worked with me to get the unit exactly where I needed it.
Everyone around was impressed watching a woman maneuver that truck and delivery system so smoothly. She clearly knew exactly what she was doing.
Beyond that, Brenda was genuinely kind. She knew I was dealing with a stressful move and was patient, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process. When I ran into an issue with the unit afterward, she went far above what I would have expected to help.
She was professional, skilled, reliable, and incredibly kind. She represented PODS extremely well, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.”
