Any question I had, they got me to who I needed to talk to quickly. The General manager was very helpful and informative about how the insurance process for the repair was going to be handled, he answered all questions I had. Any time there was a delay with a part or there was any updates with my car, they called me. I always felt informed about where my car was at in the process of being repaired. The body work and the paint job are beautiful. This was my first time using this body shop and I am very happy this is where I chose to have my Repairs done.”

“Very pleased to write this 5-star review for Floyd's Body Shop. I went into the shop because I hit a deer on the highway with my F350. The repair looked simple at first but required a lot more parts and labor after they pulled the front end apart. Nevertheless, Lori was my personal champion dealing with the insurance company so I didn't have to. And Dan and Wayne did absolutely flawless work putting my baby back together. “These guy's are top notch! I had collision damage to my driverside and was using my insurance due to a hit and run. Not only was the repairs exceptionally done, but the guy even came in when they were closed (saturdays) so that I was able to pick up my car before work allowing me to drop off the rental car so they couldn't charge me for more on my rental.

He and Travis took care of me and made sure everything inside and out was working correctly, secured correctly, filled correctly, etc., things that were neglected by other auto shops who touched my car!
