“When Key took over First Niagara 10 years ago I was sorta bummed. Fast forward to now and a move from CT to PA and all I can say is \"wow\"! What a great bunch of people over in Sauderton. Denise Camerieri is my goto for all my business and personal banking needs here. Adore her. And the tellers are just as helpful and amazing. They have a new branch manager, Diana I think her name is. The branch has a drive thru and an ATM. Excellent parking and is located next door to a CVS. This is one branch, one bank that goes above and beyond for their customers. No matter how much money you have or what your net worth is at. Everyone is treated the same and I love that.”

“Just left this bank, 40 minutes after it closed to the public, because 2 incredible women were determined to fix an unforeseeable problem and have us leave satisfied with their service ON A FRIDAY NIGHT before the weekend. I feel like I time traveled back to the good old days of customer service. I worked with Clarence, spoke to Beverly and Andrea, and spent a good bit of time with Miralys and Jessica tonight. This bank noticed suspicious activity on my account, alerted me - as they promised they would when we became members - and worked diligently to protect my family and keep our accounts safe. I will sleep better tonight knowing this hometown bank has all the tools In their arsenal to protect my family's online banking. Wanna go where everybody knows your name? And they're always glad you came?
