“I never thought I would leave a Google review about a bank, but Wayne Bank is the exception, in a good way. They were absolutely the best when it came to obtaining a HELOC for my second home in Pike County. They were kind, professional, and the most helpful customer service I’ve ever experienced in banking. Contrast this to the bank, I will not name that I have my primary HELOC with in New Jersey, which is the polar opposite. Unfortunately, we will be selling the second home and closing out our HELOC with Wayne Bank. Even more unfortunate is that they don’t operate in New Jersey in my area and I can’t continue to use them which is a real disappointment. I only wish to find a comparable bank to them in my local area. Keep up the outstanding work you guys do.”

Bank manager helped me when someone from another country tried to scam me out of money, Laura did some checking and found out I was being used by a guy. If it wasn’t for her I would be out of a lot of money. This all happened after my husband passed away.”
