Gunner helped me picked out some 4 gallons of premium paint. He was very pleasant and made me feel like a valued customer. Eric also, helped load the generator on my trailer as I recently pulled a muscle in my back. “I visit often I’m retired and like to walk the isles thinking about my life long work as a construction mechanic. Today was different the staff was warm and friendly no pressure just a warm hello. As I was about to leave Cindy asked if everything was alright and thanked me for stopping by. I turned around and went up to the front and Olivia answered my questions and with the help of Cindy I was a happy owner of a new shop air compressor, a fire rated document suitcase and some hooks for hanging things in my shop. Cindy helped with the heavy compressor even loaded it in my car. I’m so glad I stopped by today I look forward to my next visit.”

“We went to the Home Depot of Matamoras today as our local Home Depot did not have what we needed in stock. As soon as we walked in into the lumber department, an awesome gentleman who goes by the name of Shaggy, approached us to help. We must of purchased over one ton of wood (literally!). Between 6x6s, 4x6s, 2x8s, 2x6s, 2x4s, 16 footers, 12 footers, etc... it was a LOT of lumber. Shaggy did not stop for one second to help us load. Not only did he grab us an extra cart, helped pick through the wood, and load the two carts, he also made sure he knew where we were parked so that he could help us load everything into the trailer. We were beyond happy with such service. Shaggy truly went above and beyond and made our experience at this unfamiliar Home Depot a wonderful one. Thank you Shaggy for all your help. Very much appreciated.”

The updated program aims to make life easier for professionals while offering more benefits from their first purchase.
