“Great food, cool atmosphere! Came with a group of 4 to celebrate a birthday, and our service and food were phenomenal! We got the calamari and Bavarian pretzel to start; the calamari was tender & cooked to perfection, and the pretzel was soft, salty, and delicious, especially with the cheese sauce. For our main courses, we got the surf and turf special with the filet and colossal shrimp (with the bleu cheese butter on the filet ?), the rigatoni fresca, braised short ribs, and the grilled filet, and everything was absolutely delicious. Everything we ordered was cooked and seasoned perfectly. We’ll definitely be back again soon!”

“In the middle of an evening thunderstorm we pulled into Milford and found this cute motel. Not a chain but unique rooms with two motel rooms in each small building. The place was clean and the beds comfortable. The person who checked us in and again out in the morning was so friendly and able to recommend places to eat to weary travelers.”

“We went on valentine's day which fell on ash wednesday, when we arrived we noticed it was a valentine special menu with not a lot of fish or non meat choices , but the manager was very helpful and asked the chef to make us ravioli off the regular menu. the meal and the service was very good and we will be going back often since we just moved to the area”

“Amazing stay at the Hotel Fauchere! I was in town to visit a dear friend, and the Hotel Fauchere made my visit! You are in the middle of charming Milford, and everything you could need is within walking distance.Comfortable rooms, charming features. I stayed in Premium Room#4, with a balcony. It was wonderful to sit outside and watch the stars, charming courtyard and relax. Loved the spacious bathroom and shower for two! Iced water in the foyer was so refreshing!Breakfast in the Delmonico Room was fab, with eggs or quiche, fresh fruit, little croissants and pastries, sausage and bacon, fresh delicious coffee and juices, fantastic granola with fresh milk. A great start to my day. I had two dinners with friends at Bar Louis, and everything was so delicious! We loved the Duck L'Orange, Steak and Egg, Jambalaya, and burgers!Huge shout out to Miss Deena, who made my stay! Thank you SO much for everything, Miss Deena! I will be back very soon! XO”
