“I came in to investigate our families account and see if there was new options available for my grandmothers concern. I spoke and worked with Cody who was incredibly patient. He informed me that we were on an old account setup and gave me all the information to relay to her over the phone. I then called her and provided all the info of what we had, she had more questions and Cody did everything but take the phone and speak to her himself in answering her concerns. In the end she went from wanting to change our provider to paying off 2 phones, swapping us to an unlimited plan, decreasing our bill and upgrading our third phone to an s23+ with several accessories.Keeping a 5 because the customer service was so good, but I was incredibly unhappy that Verizon forces a 40 dollar transfer fee from devices when they upgrade.”
