He got it done and through that process some other car issues arose to which he always (wheel speed sensor issues) addressed until he got to the root cause! I'd highly recommend using them! “If I could give them more then 5 stars I would. I was trying to head back to NYC with my 2 kids under 5 and a dog. I went to a few shops but no one could do the work. Greg was a life saver. Not only did he tell me come right in, but did the work right away and had it done same day for 1/3 the price then the other shops . I would recommend them to everyone. “Encountered tire issues traveling from Scranton back to Missouri. Thought I could use tire sealant but it did not work and I limped into Mausdale in the middle of the night. With no appointment I showed up at Mausdale Service Center the next morning a little after 8am. They were able to look at the tire and determined I needed a new tire as it could not be plugged or patched due to the cords separating. I am a furloughed Federal employee and needed a super cheap solution due to not being paid recently. Ernie and crew were able to find me an economy tire and get me back on the road by 10:30 for under $110. They treated me with respect and found a solution that fit my needs and budget in short order. I would not hesitate to go there again if in the area and it seemed like a lot of the customers that morning were on a first name basis with everyone working there. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. As a bonus, the tech who road tested the tire didn’t blink an eye when my dog crawled up into her seat thinking we were on the road again. Thank you Ernie and crew. I am forever grateful for your service.”

“I had a flat tire in Benton. They did not have the ti in y r ex k re in stock. Bloomsburg did have the tire. Instead of waiting for the tire to come from Bloomsburg, they suggested I go to Bloomsburg and get the tire put on there. The help l received in Benton and Bloomsburg was above and beyond.”

As a rule of thumb, I try to only show up 30 minutes early, no earlier. I only had 230 tires, so it wasn't a full load by any means.”

“Tow Service via my Insurance - When my car broke down on the hottest week of the year, my insurance roadside assistance sent Quentin Frey with the tow truck from Roberts. Polite and courteous. He also gave honest advice about the best place to have my vehicle towed to.
Garage Services - My car was towed to the garage late Monday. I called to touch base on Tuesday. On Wednesday morning, they called and gave me the final verdict. Nothing needed fixed but they did spend two days of manpower time running tests, doing a full battery of diagnostics and test drives. Replacing parts wasn't going to do anything. My car is aging and just in need of being replaced soon.
Edited to add: They later did more tests & found an issue that required a battery replacement due to faulty parts on the battery. My bill did go up for that, but cant recall the cost as I'm writing this just now (nearly 2 months after my original post.)
Towing : Covered by insurance.”
“The New Garage are very honest and friendly! I thought I needed new brakes and instead of just doing the repair they inspected and said my brakes were fine! They didn’t do unnecessary work just to run up my bill. The work I did get done was quick and had my car back the same day.”

“Owner is very knowledgeable when given details of how your vehicle is behaving. I needed to get a locking hitch pin cut off due to it being frozen so key would not open it and was charged $10 to have it cut off. Described how another vehicle was behaving and owner immediately told me the part I should most likely change. Very honest garage as far as I can tell.”
