Not only did he tell me come right in, but did the work right away and had it done same day for 1/3 the price then the other shops . I would recommend them to everyone. “Encountered tire issues traveling from Scranton back to Missouri. Thought I could use tire sealant but it did not work and I limped into Mausdale in the middle of the night. With no appointment I showed up at Mausdale Service Center the next morning a little after 8am. They were able to look at the tire and determined I needed a new tire as it could not be plugged or patched due to the cords separating. I am a furloughed Federal employee and needed a super cheap solution due to not being paid recently. Ernie and crew were able to find me an economy tire and get me back on the road by 10:30 for under $110. They treated me with respect and found a solution that fit my needs and budget in short order. I would not hesitate to go there again if in the area and it seemed like a lot of the customers that morning were on a first name basis with everyone working there. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. As a bonus, the tech who road tested the tire didn’t blink an eye when my dog crawled up into her seat thinking we were on the road again. Thank you Ernie and crew. I am forever grateful for your service.”

As a rule of thumb, I try to only show up 30 minutes early, no earlier. I only had 230 tires, so it wasn't a full load by any means.”

“Owner is very knowledgeable when given details of how your vehicle is behaving. I needed to get a locking hitch pin cut off due to it being frozen so key would not open it and was charged $10 to have it cut off. Described how another vehicle was behaving and owner immediately told me the part I should most likely change. Very honest garage as far as I can tell.”
