“Due to me being handicapped i had to have someone drive with me so i could get out in front if store and use my vehicle to help me with my cane to get up on sidewalk. The area to walk from a lower level sidewalk is too far for me to walk. And im unable to step up from road to top of sidewalk no ramp or railing.”

“So my experience in the past with shipping has not been good. I ship items from all across US to FL every week and for thousands of dollars every month. This UPS store is very good and very affordable. If you are reading this review and shipping items won from the area auction houses, this UPS store is very good. If you need help or need advice on shipping items affordable they in my experience are exceptional. I spend time and money with shipping companies and Parcel and More is extremely fair with shipping and packing. I have read reviews from others and communication and helpfulness is always mentioned and it should. So please ignore the 1 star reviews the operation and communication is far superior than other shipping operators and definitely the best when compared to other UPS stores. Remember these are franchise operators and not owned by UPS. So each location has different management and staff. I was apprehensive at first but once I began the staff impressed me so please give them an opportunity and ignore the nonsense of the 1 star reviews. Thank you Parcel & More. I really had to say something since people have not reviewed your store correctly.”

“I've worked with a lotta post offices in the SE PA area. This is the best I've had experience with, bar none. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They understand my needs as a decent sized customer and make my life easy. I really couldn't ask for more. My total incoming/outgoing volume is around 600 packages a year for perspective. So not a ton but enough for it to be a real pain if they weren't so great.”

“I’ve been to the store twice in the last week. I was overwhelmed and they helped me through the process. Thank you! Can’t imagine how tough it’s been over the last few years dealing with upset customers, including myself. I was gonna leave a negative review then realized half of the trouble I’ve experienced shipping things were self inflicted. The folks there have helped me sort things out properly so everything ships smoothly. Anyway, hope you all find this encouraging. May more smiles come, more encouragement, more love and more peace come to this store and to Caln Township. Thanks for everything you do. “I have never really had an issue with this place, except few years back their was terrible grumpy lady at the desk, that didn't say anything to you walked and acted like you are nuisance. I love my mail carriers though. I never had any major issues with packages being lost/or opened. they been damaged but i don't think it's necessarily their fault.”
“We walk in today to renew my passport and my friend to get a new one. We luck out, Jason, postmaster was on duty. He is friendly, efficient, calm and put you at ease. If all the employees are like him, everyone will likely come back to the place. He should get an award from the Postal office, hope all the postmasters like him. He got us out from there in no time and still able to serve regular customers. Thank you..”

“I have to say, I’m surprised by all the negative reviews. I’ve shipped things out on several occasions, purchased stamps, gotten deliveries and never had an issue. Everyone has always been friendly when I’ve gone in. It can get cramped when there’s a several people because it’s small, but I’ve never had to wait long to get assistance.”

“I really appreciate the level of customer service at this location—it’s clear that the usps as a whole is underfunded and many post offices, including this one, have serious staffing issues. Despite that, both my mail delivery man, and the people at the counter/on the phones at this location are far more polite and helpful than one might expect for a struggling government agency. For example— a package of mine was mistakenly sent to Delaware this morning, and i tried calling the Georgetown post office multiple times to get more information, only to have the 10-12 rings terminate in an ended call without even the option to leave a message, each time. But on my first try calling Downingtown, i not only spoke to an employee, but he was exceptionally kind and helpful. Outside of my private interactions, i also work for a small local business, and we have a great working relationship with the team at the Downingtown post office, whom we rely on pretty regularly. I am always so grateful for their level of professionalism in a time that i know first hand is stressful to be working in customer service, let alone also as a federal employee.”
