“This location is always busy. But the times I’ve been in everything was efficiently run, and was able to get what I needed to have done. Today I was met by a young man who in my eyes was doing everything right. Behind him was a middle-aged man who seemed more supervisory in nature. While the young man was asking me questions and supporting what I needed the middle-age man was consistently talking over him, repeating him louder and talking faster, creating an unnecessary, confusing and stressful situation. I had a moment to acknowledge the young customer service representative to say that manager‘s behavior is in no way helpful to anyone. I even left the store sort of stressed! I hope everyone slows down just a bit and takes an occasional deep breath.”

“Love the fast courteous services provided at our local Post Office...The mail is sorted and seperated quickly and efficiently to always ensure delivery in a expeditious manner..The loyal hard working postal employees give 110% to dedicate themselves to their duties...Aimee and Tracy are great....They are always polite and assist with all the postal needs....I am always treated with respect and equal importance as any other resident doing postal business here in Shartlesville...I always look forward to using the US Postal Service here...I always leave satisfied with a smile....bu”
“I usually ship with UPS but I am now since going to ship with FedEx Express solely because of one man and that's David Tranquillo.
This man is like a one-man band he does everything. He was able to track down my package in a container that I thought was lost forever.
This was a hand-me-down from my late grandfather that was shipped from my sister to me and it was lost at the station and David found it.
I'm not sure who his managers are but they need to read this review and give this man a raise and a pat on the back because he is the reason I will be shipping with FedEx Express in the future.

“I’ve been sending boxes to DR with quisqueya cargo for many years and I never had any issues. My boxes always arrive in perfect condition. They deliver in a timely manner and are prompt to assist if you have any questions about your box. Here and In DR they always answer the call and provide updates if needed.”

“I am surprised by the negative reviews so I felt compelled to leave my feedback.My daily mail carrier always greets me with a smile, very nice lady. There was one time ants had taken over the mailbox - after work I went down to spray them but to my surprise she had already taken care of them!The manager at the post office is professional and returns calls within hours. I once submitted a request online to get the status of a delivery. I actually received a personal phone call from that same manager asking me if I needed any more help.”

“I'm not sure why people are complaining about Charlotte. I found her to be polite and helpful. Overall a nice, quiet post office. It's a big step up from the one I used to go to that was always packed.”

“Love this post office! Nicely re-surfaced parking and lots of it, friendly and knowledgeable service workers guiding me how to spend less on package deliveries, etc. One just told me that they just got a super new mail sorter machine which will enable them to handle mail sorting for several towns in a truly efficient manner. She said it will minimize delays and losses. And now, you can rate the service you received on the spot before you leave! I have mine a big ?! Also, you can use the self-service station if you don’t want to wait in line. You can also get passport services here, and that’s not true at all post offices. I took family members for theirs and had no issues. Another ☺️!”
