“I got my tiny little best friend from here and named him Levi. The staff here are extremely caring and educated. They seem like they genuinely care about the welfare of the animals in their care. When I was wanting to adopt Levi, they were extremely cautious and wary because someone had previously called in asking if they sold live feeder mice. Between that and me already having a cage for him at home, not buying one with the purchase/adoption of Levi, they were really hesitant about letting me adopt him because they were worried I was the person who called in about the feeder mice. I showed them some pictures of me with my other mouse to put them at ease. I just thought it was really nice that they wanted to protect him. Yall have hearts of gold🩷 Levi is doing really well and I love him so much, he's such a sweet little guy and very spoiled🩷”

“I first came here in 1956 when it was the Co-op with my father who was prominent in starting a number of the farmers markets that he participated in through the 90's. The smells and the feel of the place and the patrons made a young boy feel like part of the community, please keep this going. I look forward to a homecoming,”
“The top soil that I bought was black and rich. The sell bulk shallot bulbs for spring planting. As a small business there is some limit to selection and prices are a little higher but the quality of what I purchased is top notch.”

“I recently got a ball python at an expo that was supposedly on frozen thawed mice and I had a suspicion she was on live cus I couldn’t get her to eat frozen along with my baby green tree python so I called them and asked if we could bring them in and they gladly said they’d help they got are new ball python to eat and we found out that she was actually a he as well and they where more then helpful with figuring out what was going on with are green tree baby as well all is well and good with him too but it’s a very lovely place everyone’s super super knowledgeable and kind and helpful I’d recommend this place to anyone close or far the drive is 100% worth it in my opinion we’re about an hour an a half away one way plus unlike a lot of other stores it smells very nice and has a very cozy feel and they have a ton to look at as well and they definitely have a spot on the top of my list the people are awesome here and helped me out a great deal THANK YOU OFF THE HOOK!!!!!!”
