“Five stars all the way. I didn't buy my washer there,I bought it from a warehouse place. 13 days after warranty was out it broke. The warehouse said I was too far away for their technicians to service it. I walked into highway appliance and they were wonderful. Two techs were there in service department and said they were free to come right now because I'm close. Rick and his trainee Josh did a great job explained the problem and went out to service van too get the part. I was up and running in no time at all. Lesson learned for me, any new appliances I need will come from highway.”

“There’s a worker for the belle vernon , goes by the name of Sayvon, he really knows how to appeal to the people, any questions I had he was quick to answer knows his stuff and pointed me in a better direction on the item. “We stumbled upon this place after searching for a vanity for our 3rd bathroom. They are a scratch and dent supplier. We were greeted by two ladies at the front. The one walked us back to the vanity's and explained the color code sticker layout. Some of them were chipped or cracked or damaged in some type of way but it was blatantly obvious and properly marked, didn't feel like they were trying to hide any damage. We ended up finding a soft close vanity at a very reasonable price. I did see some washers and toilets for sale as well when browsing. They are cash only and have an undetectable "no hold policy." There is an ATM across the street within walking distance though so no big deal if you didn't bring cash. The two ladies even helped load the item into our vehicle! Great costumer service! We will be back.”
