“They were quite awesome to me I traded in my 2024 Toyota Corolla Crosse XLE and paid a little bit of a difference for a 2023 RAV4 XLE with a regular transmission and 2.5 L engine. Austin and Kyle and everybody there were awesome! I do apologize I talked to several people there but I'm horrible names but good with faces) even let me take it home for the night and driving it and all that with the dealer tag on it I fell in love with it I'm back 3:00 p.m. the next day and paid the difference and I already have the registration now just waiting on my title. I paid 33,000 Plus for my Corolla cross but I always wanted a RAV4 and they give me a great deal, as their slogan always says taking the deals the other guys won't it's truly their slogan or motto here at the dealership!! Aubrey Alexandria Toyota taking the deals other guys won't! The blue RAV4 is the one I got and my red Toyota Corolla cross is currently for sale at Alexandria Toyota 23,000 Mi on that in change it's a 2024. If you want to purchase it tell them Brandan Schoeneberger Sent you talk to Kyle Reigle my sales guy great dude!! Great people I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle! I'm hoping one day to build up my credit good enough where I keep my Toyota RAV4 in great condition and trade in for a Toyota Tundra or Tacoma this will be a couple years down the line of course but always wanted a pickup truck. I really want a big diesel pickup truck but those are so very expensive and I went Toyota because they are known for reliability and Longevity with basic upkeep and maintenance which I love.”

“Excellent service, courteous professional environment and GREAT work! The owners are attentive to your needs, truly care about the work you want to get done. “Contacted them back in February regarding putting a wood deck flat bed on my truck. Scheduled and appointment for march 8th at 9am. Paul brought my truck right in ( I previously removed my bed) and was out of there in two hours. All lighting is up and running, and a very clean install. Pricing is very fair with installation and I would not hesitate to send anyone there for their vehicle needs. Highly recommended”

“I am unable to get my vehicle repaired at this location due to some circumstances arising in recent times but I have called and talked to over 10 auto body shops and these were the only people willing to help, give advice, and gave me a very reasonable price for repair. I would 100% recommend them.”

“Pocono Motion is awesome!! I was so bummed out after some random moron threw an egg out their window at my (much loved) car while I was driving home late at night (it went through the paint). They did spectacular work. It looks good as new, like it never even happened. They were also very quick, and friendly. I highly recommend! I'm so happy. Thanks so much, Rich!”

“My salesman Juan was AWESOME, we have purchased 3 prior vehicles with Ray Price but never at this location, always at RAM or the Stroudsburg FORD locations. What normally would be a long drawn out miserable process was less than 2 hours, which made my wife happy to say the least. Even the finance department was great, all very transparent and honest (rare). All paperwork was prepped before I even arrived (I was there the second they opened) and they were extremely respectful to all of my wishes from trade in to my payment / interest rates and more. Truly a great experience in a normally miserable industry, I will continue to buy from Ray Price for the foreseeable future. Praying Juan is still there for the next time we need a vehicle as I was able to text and sort the entire deal with him WITHOUT EVEN BEING THERE! Amazing customer service, truly hats off to Ray Price for finding him. THANK YOU JUAN!”

“Our van broke down on I-80 near the Del Water Gap on a cold Friday night in December, with our family of 5 headed toward NYC from Ohio for Christmas. Called CHC and their tow driver, Jesse, was there within 5-10 minutes, and had us hooked up and towed very quickly. Because we couldn’t all fit in the cab, the owner herself came in her personal vehicle to pick us up and bring us back to the shop. The owners stayed late while Jesse worked to get the car fixed and get us back on our way, literally saving our Christmas vacation! And they made us comfortable with snacks, coffee and hot chocolate for the teenagers while we waited (and even some special honey cough drops for one of them). Now that’s full service, and with a smile! Thank you CHC! Highly highly recommend (though I hope we won’t be back soon :))”

“I stopped in about two weeks ago to look at a used 2024 vehicle. After a test drive and an appraisal for my trade in I sat with Vladimir and talked numbers. After a short negotiation we came to an agreement. I then met with Rob for paperwork while the service team detailed the vehicle. Paperwork was quick and easy. Everyone there was great. I got the vehicle at a good price and took it to my mechanic to have it looked over and everything checked out good for me. Would definitely recommend Ableoff.”

“Ken is the most upfront and outstanding mechanic you will ever meet. I would personally avoid other shops, especially dealerships, and go straight to Ken. I found Ken while I was going through one of the darkest periods of my life, and he helped me tremendously with my car without overcharging me or trying to sell me things I didn’t need, like I’ve experienced at other places. My car is a 2009, and thanks to Ken, it is still in great shape and has been running smoothly. He is honest, knowledgeable, fair, and someone I genuinely trust with my car. Ken is simply the best, and I cannot recommend him enough!”

“I was in Stroudsburg due to a family emergency and ended up having to troubleshoot a repair on my gracefully aging Volvo before heading back to NYC. Cindy and all the service staff were amazingly accommodating and helped quickly and efficiently fix my car. This location is everything my local NYC Volvo service center is not, and that's a very good thing!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Jim and his team. I was in a tough situation with my truck stuck at the dealership waiting on a hard-to-find part, and Jim went above and beyond to help me. He tracked down the part, kept me updated throughout the process, offered multiple shipping options, and even coordinated getting it sent directly to the dealership to help minimize my downtime. What impressed me most was the level of customer service. Jim was responsive, honest, and proactive every step of the way. In a world where great customer service seems harder and harder to find, he truly stands out. He treated my problem like it was his own and made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about their customers and will go the extra mile to get the job done, I highly recommend Jim Automotive. I’ll definitely be doing business with them again in the future. Thank you again, Jim, for the outstanding service and support!”

“Our car had body and paint damage to a door and back panel. We stopped in without an appointment. We received a quote in the course of 10 minutes. We were provided with a price, a time to bring the car in, and the expected date of its return (5 business days in total). We dropped the car the night prior to the appointment in their lockbox. We received a call a day earlier than promised and were told the car was ready. Upon pick-up, we found what looked like our car when we drove it off the new car dealer's lot 4 years earlier. It looked brand new again. I could not stop smiling!!! In a nutshell, this is an incredibly professional operation. They were good to their word (actually better since the car was done early), their work was flawless and on top of all that, the owners were very pleasant to work with. If you unfortunately find yourself with car damage, head to D'Amicos and make the very best of your bad situation. Thank you to Augie and his staff!!!!”

“I recently brought my 2025 Hyundai Tucson to Top Gun Auto Paint & Bodyworks to have a dent repaired on the driver side front fender panel, and I am beyond impressed with the results. The repair was done so seamlessly that you would never know the damage was there to begin with absolutely flawless work, even fixed the dimple to its original shape. What really sets Top Gun apart is their combination of quality craftsmanship and fair, reasonable pricing. It’s rare to find a shop that delivers both without compromise. The team was professional, and the turnaround was great. If you’re looking for an auto body shop in the Stroudsburg area that you can trust to treat your vehicle with care and skill, look no further. Top Gun Auto Paint & Bodyworks has earned a customer for life. Highly recommend!”

“A friend recommended Strubert’s to us and so glad we made the decision to go there. Their work was top notch and our Subaru looks like new! John was a straight shooter - no BS, super helpful, did a thorough estimate and walked me through every step necessary and all of the costs involved. There was one minor up-charge needed (under $100) and John provided a clear reasonable explanation. I would definitely use them again.”

“I stopped by without an appointment just because other auto body shop nearby didn't show up on appt time. I am so glad I did find them, father and son business, both very nine! They gave me an estimate on the spot after making a few calls. They ordered parts on Monday moring, and everything was done by noon on Wednesday! They said that the weather was nice, so they worked late. Such a sweet and hard working people! Take a look at photos! The color is perfect match for 10 year old car, skilled colored matching knowledge. I am truly grateful for the work they did for my car. I will definitely go back to them if I need any auto job done. No more getting estimates around the town. Their estimate happened to be the cheapest out of 5 other places around. Since it wasn't mechanical damage, just the exterior, I didn't care that much if it were to turn out bad, like the color doesn't match with new parts and front door etc. but as you can tell from photos, they got it everything perfectly done! Thank you!!!”

“Valley Auto Supply is awesome; I got into a DIY project on my motorhome and really needed a 3/4" female to 1" male drive adapter. I checked all over in auto parts stores in the area as well as TSC but to no avail, 1" drive stuff is not as assessable in DIY auto part store. So out of the blue I called Valley Auto Parts, and yes they had one, but were closing in 10 minutes, I said, "hold and I'll pick it up in the morning." He offered to put it outside and just to pay him in the morning. This is unheard of with any of the chain stores, but this is a family-owned, local business with serving their community. When were not on the road RV'g this will be my first goto for parts. They went above and beyond, and It's greatly appreciated. Thanks”
