“I went into #1 Cochran Ford Monroeville on 12/11 to purchase a backup vehicle. I found a 2017 Ford Escape with low mileage (51500). I did wait a little while to sign papers, but that's the way things go.
On 12/21/25,I was driving home from the grocery store 2 miles from home and engine overheated. Ididn't know what to do....I remember the sales manager, John C, telling me to call if needed anything. I called the him on 12/22. We spoke on how i couldn't get my newly purchased car back to the dealership. He arranged to have my car towed to the dealership.
My car was picked up via flat bed within a few hours.
They said they would deal with the warranty company.
They repaired my vehicle on 12/23, and returned my car to me (in my driveway).

“My front passenger tire pressure was low, so I put air in it! Next morning I wake up to a message (my car lets me know if there are any problems) that my tire pressure is low again. So I put air in and proceed to MONROEVILLE DAY FORD. When I arrived Cody the Service Advisor asked me what I needed. I told him my situation, (not aware that the service dept. closes at 5pm) Cody suggested I come back Monday, then he says wait one minute. He asked the mechanics if they could look at my tire. Now I understand that it is time for them to get off, so I wasn’t getting my hopes up! But there is one mechanic who stepped up and said I’ll take care of you! THANK YOU KYLE!! He put on his save the day cape and came to my rescue! This is why I’m a Monroeville Ford Customer for life! The Care, Consideration and Excellent Service I receive has never changed!!!????????”

“Went to RNR Tire Express today to have new Wheels and Tires put on our car. Spoke with Zack on the phone and he was able to get us what we needed. They actually have payment arrangements for 6 months, which was great for us, you can’t find anywhere like this anymore. Their prices are fantastic, Zack went above and beyond with his service to us. He explained everything to us and I know I can call him at anytime if I have any questions. I’ve never been to a tire and wheel place like RNR but they now have a customer for life. Thank you everyone, we love our new Wheels and Tires!
P.S. Our car was finished in less than 45 minutes another plus.”
