“This is surely one of the best experiences I've had amongst the many I've had at this particular facility. Everyone there is professional courteous and sincerely giving and helpful in every way. As a consumer it is nice to go to a place where you know that the owners and employees have your best interests in mind. Any questions that I have they always answer I literally trust them always knowing full well that they will deal with me honestly and fairly. Anytime I have any issue or question or even challenge this is where I go. They will always take the time to seek a solution to whatever your problem may be and if they don't have the answers they will find the answers but the funny thing is they always have the answers. Bear efficient and they get the job done in the timely manner because they respect your time and they realize that you need to have access to your automobile as soon as possible so they always endeavor to from what I've experienced to always bring about a solution to you and for you.

“Perfect place to have my wife's car undercoated. It's a 2019 and not a spot of rust until I changed the oil this year. And suddenly its time to undercoat. Having taken my truck to the Delmont facility, I found the Monroeville site fit my schedule better. Same great service and outcome was beyond my expectations. Great staff and I could never such a good job. It's a messy job, but completely necessary if you want to keep your car for a long time. They cost so much, why not try to keep them rust free. Can't say enough about this but, it's a great place to get this job done at.”

“I own a direct injection engine that is now at 140,000 mi; My automobile is perfectly maintained but ... I knew it was time to clean the intake valves of carbon deposits. Your company provides walnut blasting services which is critical to avoid damage to my turbochargers and therefore chemical cleaning is not possible. The before and after photos confirm a very positive result. The vehicle has returned to a smooth idle as if new and, acceleration also is as if new. Well worth the expense. Thank you for an excellent job. It was a nice touch to provide the before and after photographs taken with a camera that revealed the complete intake port and valves, which in my car are four valves per cylinder.”

“During a microburst storm, large limbs fell and hit my 2024 Land Rover Defender 90, damaging my pax door, front driver fender, and brake lamp. I took it to two collision repair facilities for estimates. The first is a certified LR facility, the second was A & L.
I am so glad I chose the latter. Here’s why:
1. They did an outstanding job on the repairs. New door, new fender, and new lamp. All OEM. Paint = perfect match.
2. Customer service: Shayla was my first contact. She knew her biz. She took my truck into the shop to inspect it; the certified shop didn’t. She found additional damage that I and the certified shop didn’t see. She put my mind at ease right away.
3. More customer service: Until I contacted A & L I was not having a pleasant experience with my claims adjuster. Once I handed them the keys, they communicated with the adjusters and just made it happen. My engagement was minimal and I didn’t have to pay a penny except for my deductible.
4. Even more customer service: Matthew (manager) was outstanding. He shared a bunch of info and also put my mind at ease. He sent me a couple of follow-up emails with details and photos tracking the repair process.
5. Yet even more customer service: When I picked up my truck I thought I saw something. It turned out to be my imagination. Nonetheless, a team of 3 fully addressed my concern and put my mind to ease.
Truly, I hope I never have to have collision repair work done again. It’s stressful. But if I do, I’m taking my vehicle to A & L. No doubt.

“This is my honest review! Today I had a flat tire around 2 inch nail inside the tire & got struck on turnpike highway, somehow I found this shop which was near by.. I drove 30 min and met a young man who was available between 5pm to 6pm, he just had a look on my tire and said sir 5 min will fix, After 5 min he fixed my tire and replaced donut tire.. after that he said work is done you can take a key and leave! Wow!!! Surprise was fees, I asked him how much do I need to pay he repeatedly saying nothing you all good!!! Then I realized none of the shops now a days does even 2 min without fee but this gentleman did and proved that we still have kindness and helping hand around us!! Hats off to him & his work!! Thank you for the great job, sorry I couldn’t ask your name sir, you are such a nice person, I had to drive 300 miles so I was in bit tension and rush!!
