βThis is surely one of the best experiences I've had amongst the many I've had at this particular facility. Everyone there is professional courteous and sincerely giving and helpful in every way. As a consumer it is nice to go to a place where you know that the owners and employees have your best interests in mind. Any questions that I have they always answer I literally trust them always knowing full well that they will deal with me honestly and fairly. Anytime I have any issue or question or even challenge this is where I go. They will always take the time to seek a solution to whatever your problem may be and if they don't have the answers they will find the answers but the funny thing is they always have the answers. Bear efficient and they get the job done in the timely manner because they respect your time and they realize that you need to have access to your automobile as soon as possible so they always endeavor to from what I've experienced to always bring about a solution to you and for you.

βWe are very happy customers and pleased with how they treat their customers....they make sure you can see what is going on when they find issues with your vehicle while doing state inspection..ours failed due to holes in the body frame otherwise, everything else was fine....We got the holes fixed by a company welding panels onto the areas and then undercoated the area...Dan (employee of Monro) is a great person and makes you feel very welcome and informed....β
βHands down excellent! As a shop owner I completely agree that the types of undercoat that dry over or a complete scam and ruin everything. These guys use fluid film in their own in-house product I have had several Vehicles here so I get to see what they look like from year to year and whatever these guys came up with Works excellent. Slight downfall of it being a little messy working on it but I would take that all day long verse working on Rust. Not to mention that the level of detail that these guys do when they undercoat is unlike any other shop in my opinion they should be charging way more than they are. -Owner of European auto works.β

βIf you are looking for a reasonable auto shop with knowledgeable mechanics look no further than Ken's Auto Service. I took my car to a local dealership for inspection, upon inspection I was told that I had a leaking oil valve cover and to replace it would cost over $460. I called Ken's and when I told him what the issue was, he was able to repair this part for me for a fraction of what the dealership quoted me. Plus, I was able to get the car into the shop in under a week. If you ever need repairs done on your vehicle look no further than Ken's Auto Service, you will not be disappointed!β

βI own a direct injection engine that is now at 140,000 mi; My automobile is perfectly maintained but ... I knew it was time to clean the intake valves of carbon deposits. Your company provides walnut blasting services which is critical to avoid damage to my turbochargers and therefore chemical cleaning is not possible. The before and after photos confirm a very positive result. The vehicle has returned to a smooth idle as if new and, acceleration also is as if new. Well worth the expense. Thank you for an excellent job. It was a nice touch to provide the before and after photographs taken with a camera that revealed the complete intake port and valves, which in my car are four valves per cylinder.β

βThis review is very overdue but doesnβt change the fact that I could not be more impressed with the professionalism, expertise, quality of work, and friendly staff at Fixed Right Automotive.
A couple months ago, my boyfriend and I were in town from NYC, visiting family, and were driving on the parkway when we hit an unavoidable piece of metal debris that essentially shredded the undercarriage of our 2016 Corolla from front to back. The car was completely out of commission. We needed to be towed, looked up a couple AAA-approved garages nearby, others said it would take days to fit us in, but Fixed Right immediately said bring it in, we got you. By the very next morning, Fixed Right was working lock step with our insurance company to determine the scope of damage (over $8k - eek!) and started repairs right away. The damage was extensive but they finished it in about a week. I was beyond impressed. We could not have asked for a smoother, more efficient process to get our car back in action after such a jarring experience. The Corolla has been driving since like nothing ever happened - in fact, weβre about to make the 6 hour drive back to Pittsburgh for Thanksgiving and could not be more thankful and appreciative for Fixed Right Automotive! If we lived local, they would be our go-to mechanic without question, we give them our highest recommendation!!β
βSpitzer personnel bent over backwards to give us what we wanted and held the car with a small deposit while insurance settlement went through. I'd recommend them and I already have.β
βDuring a microburst storm, large limbs fell and hit my 2024 Land Rover Defender 90, damaging my pax door, front driver fender, and brake lamp. I took it to two collision repair facilities for estimates. The first is a certified LR facility, the second was A & L.
I am so glad I chose the latter. Hereβs why:
1. They did an outstanding job on the repairs. New door, new fender, and new lamp. All OEM. Paint = perfect match.
2. Customer service: Shayla was my first contact. She knew her biz. She took my truck into the shop to inspect it; the certified shop didnβt. She found additional damage that I and the certified shop didnβt see. She put my mind at ease right away.
3. More customer service: Until I contacted A & L I was not having a pleasant experience with my claims adjuster. Once I handed them the keys, they communicated with the adjusters and just made it happen. My engagement was minimal and I didnβt have to pay a penny except for my deductible.
4. Even more customer service: Matthew (manager) was outstanding. He shared a bunch of info and also put my mind at ease. He sent me a couple of follow-up emails with details and photos tracking the repair process.
5. Yet even more customer service: When I picked up my truck I thought I saw something. It turned out to be my imagination. Nonetheless, a team of 3 fully addressed my concern and put my mind to ease.
Truly, I hope I never have to have collision repair work done again. Itβs stressful. But if I do, Iβm taking my vehicle to A & L. No doubt.

Cochran has always treated me fairly on price and service. In fact., I have been purchasing new cars for decades and can say without reservation that Cochran is the best dealership I have dealt with. They have always surprised me on the upside.β
βI got a flat tire from driving on one of Monroeville's great roads. They couldn't plug it but they were willing to mount the tire I had in the trunk (even though they were hesitant at first) I didn't have much money to work with and they helped me get back on the road. Thank youβ
βStaff was great, manager was great, service was great but let's talk about pricing. At my inspection I needed front wiper blades and a battery. Total cost was a couple dollars under $500 . The main cost was labor I was told . You had a 4 foot tall sign on your front window that said free battery installation on most vehicles. I understand that some batteries are in difficult places and take some labor but mine was right on top and only takes 5 minutes . So I left and went to Advance Auto. Wipers and battery installed in 10 minutes and cost out the door was $267 as compared to $490. I have been coming here for years but if this continues to be policy and pricing I will be looking elsewhere.β
