“So I drive for Lyft and picked up a passenger at Fixed Right and he had nothing but praise for this place. A few weeks later my transmission light and emissions light came on and of course I dreaded what this would cost. I called the dealership and they said they dont fix transmissions they just replace them. Fixed Right said the same but offered to at least check to find the issue . Jim, at Fixed Right told me that all of the codes he was getting recommended replacing the transmission but because the car drove fine and there was no problem shifting gears or any noise he would dig deeper. Turned out to be a bad wire in the sensor. So instead of possibly thousands of dollars and lost time, it was $250 ish and done that day. Anyone else would have just replaced the transmission. Jim drove my car and made absolutely sure nothing else was wrong and that the wire was truly the only issue. This place has all of my and my family's future business!!!!Thank you Fixed Right!”

“I was having issues with squeaky brakes the were changed by Scott's team. My car is a 2020 Kia Cadenza. After 3 complete brake system changeouts, the squeal persisted. At that point, I mentioned "The Cadenza is an upgrade to the Optima, built on the same frame". Scott checked the size, and indeed the size of the caliper pins was a centimeter different for the Optima as the Cadenza. Scott got the pads recommended for the Optima and installed them - problem solved!Nobody goes through that much trouble to be able to get it right! Very much appreciated, Scott! I've used many repair shops over the years. Monro Auto Service & Tire Center on Golden Mile Highway has become the go-to repair shop for my wife and I. “I had an issue with an older german car. Took to dealer and they wanted 7k to fix. My wife looked at options and heard great things about European Autoworx. I wanted to just sell the car and move on. However, European Autoworx gave a quite 5 THOUSAND DOLLARS CHEAPER than the dealer. They fixed it and called me to say that I could spend a little more to fix something minor but it wasn't needed. First time ever a garage advised me against spending more money. “Went with father in law today to buy a 24’ Rav 4 limited. Let’s break it down.Pricing…found the car on auto trader, only car within 200 miles with the right specs…and priced right.Texted through the app, Rutul Shah got back right away. Made an appointment car was waiting for the test drive.Experience…during the test drive, Rutul explained all the features and had us try them out during our ride. It’s a limited, technology package…every option. Hill assist, heated seats front and back etc. Rutul also showed how the adjustable tailgate worked all in the test drive.Purchase….we had a clean trade and Rutul went back trying to secure the best deal for us…we got a fair deal.Lastly, Rutul assisted us setting up the car play, Toyota app, and walked us through lane assist, and the dash features. All of this in an hour. Rutul Shah was not only professional, but exemplified why we buy Toyotas, quality experience. Our family owns 8 Toyotas between all of us. Best experience thus far. “Would like to give 3.5 stars, but my experience is enough to at least take it to 4. For the most part, my experience has been pretty painless with Firestone. I usually take my car here to get my inspection done because it's quick and easy. Have not had issues other than my girlfriend got an alignment here, and it was really off. Took it to another location and is significantly better and her tires seem to be wearing evenly now.”
