“I frequent this Sheetz a lot because I usually get breakfast before going to work. The MTO food is so good. Service is reasonably quick and everyone working there is really nice. Yesterday morning I ordered 8 cinnapocketz and only received 4… I was going to let it go (for the second time), but decided I wanted Sheetz again this morning. When I went in I told an employee what happened and she got the manager for me. He was a really nice guy and asked if I wanted a refund. Honestly I just wanted the rest of the cinnapocketz I payed for lol. So he got those for me and luckily I didn’t have to repay for them. Overall a great Sheetz, just make sure to check that all your food is there BEFORE you leave. If you’re in a rush or forget to check, you can call the store as soon as you realize your order is wrong and they will take care of it.”
