“Beautiful branch. I worked with Alexa Sullivan by a friend's referral. She was considerate and asked preferable method to open a business account after all questions were answered by her. I did not like lengthy questions answering online associated with opening account. I sent most of the documentations to her by email and gave other information through phone. With appointment , all of the info was keyed into the system. Short time in the branch I had my business account with Univest with online access set up by her . Quite impressed by the efficiency of her work. I logged in my account. The interface of banking is easy, too. Thank you.”
“The people at this branch are awesome. But TD Bank itself needs to stop making transactions take longer with all these extra steps. You shouldn’t need my debit card then send me a text to verify then i can finally deposit money when I am with a teller. It’s too many useless steps. If someone wants to deposit money into my account, let them lol”
