“I was in a car accident in January and Enterprise was able to put me in a nice rental vehicle right away. I kept it for over a month while my car was getting fixed and the process was very easy. I just gave them my claim # and they handled all paperwork with the insurance company. I returned it late in the day and again, very quick and easy process. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.”

“I moved down south 3 years ago but I had to fly in for my favorite cousins funeral so my spirits were already not high. I’m from the east coast so I had already prepared myself for the “ east coast” treatment lol. Nolan gave me the complete opposite. I still felt like I was down south. He greeted me at the door with a smile and was very hospitable and professional throughout our entire transaction. I had problems with my card declining and he did not show any annoyance yet was even more courtesy and just overall a great guy. His parents raised him right and Enterprise you are so very lucky to have to him. I am almost 40 and this is the ABSOLUTE BEST Experience I’ve ever experienced at an Enterprise and his manager Sidney was also super helpful and courtesy to me when I called and asked a few questions! They have an exceptional team at this location! The other locations need to step it up! It’s not what you say but how you say it and sometimes people may forget your name but they’ll never forget how you made them feel! Thank you so much for your customer service!”

“I rent from the Colmar location often and never have any problems. They have nice cars. The process is quick. If you pay in advance it’s even quicker, and saves you money. I just finished a 2 1/2 week long rental and I just had to hand him the key and leave. They checked the car in later and texted me when they were done. I will always use them for my rental cars.”

“I had a very pleasant experience with my most recent rental. I got upgraded due to not having what I requested in stock. No issues with pick-up or return. I know that if I had any issues, they were a call away, but luckily, I don't typically have much to complain about. I used them previously because I had repairs done on my car, they brought the car to me and were great in making sure I was comfortable with the vehicle the entire time, to make that a stress free experience. Customer service is great, also! Will definitely be coming here for future rental needs.”
“I went in today to get my check engine light looked at. Everyone was friendly, especially Oriana! I was nervous before coming in today, but she gave time for me to ask all of my questions and gladly answered them. She was very welcoming from the start, and transparent about costs/waiting time. I didn’t have to pay for the inspection as the car is still relatively new and under warranty. I did pay for wiper replacements, but it was a recommendation, and not from pressure. Definitely recommend Oriana!”
