“Rented through the app and picked up the car at the airport. My travel plans changed, so I needed to drop it off at a different airport even though the contact was for drop off at the same location. I contacted National, and they took care of making the change with no charges.”

“I got a car here about a little over month ago for the week so I could go visit family in Baltimore. The service was a little slower but that was because manager was training a new employee. They were both very nice to me and explained everything very well (unlike other car rental places I've been to) I will definetely pick Hertz again next time I need a rental car to accommodate my needs.”

“The enterprise team saved the day!
I missed my flight and had to extend my rental car (as well as change it a one-way rental, to be dropped off 400 miles away), and everyone I spoke with (including the man that came to the airport to get my old key out of the lockbox, who came in early and actually is the ONLY reason I was able to make it to my daughter’s graduation) cared so much about me. On the heels of a horrible experience with the airline, the whole Enterprise team made it a priority to get me to my daughter’s graduation. Because of the excellent customer service and genuine care for me, I will ONLY look at Enterprise from now on. You’ve made a customer for life!”
