Their prices are better than most, and their staff members are always friendly. Sam helped me today and he was lovely! Super personable and had a great conversation with me. Sam was super cool about it and asked me questions about my OCD to better understand how it works. He listened intently without judgement. I felt so heard! Never thought a car rental spot would be the place I feel the most validated lol, but it was just so nice to have someone be so compassionate and patient with me. I’m usually embarrassed of all the compulsions I have to do like wiping down the seat, steering wheel, etc.. but he was super cool about it, and that meant a lot to me! Thanks again Sam!”

“I got a car here about a little over month ago for the week so I could go visit family in Baltimore. The service was a little slower but that was because manager was training a new employee. They were both very nice to me and explained everything very well (unlike other car rental places I've been to) I will definetely pick Hertz again next time I need a rental car to accommodate my needs.”
