He was friendly, easy-going, and talked with me as though we had know each other for a long time. Just one of the most personable, positive experiences I've had with any rental experience. When Hertz seriously dropped the ball on a Gold reservation with no car, no notice, no apology and no remorse, the folks at Enterprise went the extra mile, locating a car when there was none at the airport, willing to Uber to retrieve it from another location and bring it to me, and giving me a better than Hertz price too! I was a dedicated Hertz customer for nearly 40 years...no more. It's Enterprise for me thanks to Cassandra and the gang.”

“I got a car here about a little over month ago for the week so I could go visit family in Baltimore. The service was a little slower but that was because manager was training a new employee. They were both very nice to me and explained everything very well (unlike other car rental places I've been to) I will definetely pick Hertz again next time I need a rental car to accommodate my needs.”
