“I ordered a washer and dryer online on Black Friday. My delivery date was set yet the delivery people never showed up. I sat waiting for hours but assumed it would be delivered the next day, it was not going to be. I complained to the store manager and he did everything in his power to ensure it was delivered. He was going to deliver it himself if need be. He was absolutely fantastic! The delivery team was equally as fantastic! My horrible experience was completely turned around by this group! It meant the world to me!!”
