“This place was amazing. There was a very well stocked plumbing section which actually surprised me. The staff was top shelf. Wonderful people and very helpful. I wish that this place was closer to me. I stumbled on it by " accident" because it was the closest hardware store to the water heater change out I was doing. Thank you for considering them instead of the big chain nightmare up the road.”

“Great local hardware store in Oakdale. Sometimes you need the big box hardware store, but sometimes the small local hardware store is best. It's good to support a store you can walk to, has knowledgeable people working there and they usually have what you need. It's a throwback to the way it used to be. Saves time and supports your hometown.”
“We have a PM-1440GT and a PM-936TV that we use daily, and it has been a fantastic machine. We did have a problem with a motor capacitor that had gone bad on a Friday, and had jobs lined up to finish that weekend. The one girl who works in sales (************ believe?) went out of her way to ship this part to us after hours, and we had it the next morning so we were able to finish up our jobs. Every once in a while when we call, the person on the phone doesn't seem to be as knowledgeable as some, but we always get to a person who really knows the product they make. I do recommend them, and we will be ordering the same lathe and mill for our new location as soon as it opens. ”

Other stores (Lowes, HD, Rolliers) that I would have thought would be able to help were very rigid and wouldn't help me out but these guys were interested in getting me what I needed fast.”
“I ran here to grab some screws and washers cuz I ran out of a project that I was completing. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and then I went over to the screw section and as soon as the employee saw me looking he came over and offered me assistance, found what I was looking for and I was out the door. I really appreciated his help they're always good there with customer service and that's one thing you don't get it at home Depot or Lowe's!”
“Wonderful, overall experience, especially since this was my first experience. A friend recommended them, and I’m glad he did. I began working with one of the associates, who explained everything about the company’s services in full detail and was willing to work with me and the equipment I needed, despite it being a smaller order. When the gentleman left the company, another associate took over my account and honored the contract I had in place, even though I later found out, it was not the correct amount that should have been charged. Upon pick-up, Jeff and Greg were both knowledgeable and great in answering all of my questions and explaining how I can do preventative maintenance on the equipment, to keep everything in top condition. I would definitely recommend this company and will be looking forward to working with them in the future.”

“We were shopping for mulch on Memorial Day weekend and Lowe's Robinson was packed. Not only did Randy, the store manager, take time to explain to me the difference is of some of the mulches, but he actually got me a cart for the mulch and loaded my car for me. The type of mulch I chose was not one that could be purchased and picked up through the drive-thru where wood mulch was located. He went above and beyond with his customer service. Greatly appreciated!”

“It's almost exactly like Home Depot, except not! It's been a very long time since I've been into a Lowe's - I really don't remember when. It's even possible I've never been in one. Who knows! Given the oppressive nature of Home Depot and its depressed and unhelpful employees and inability to find most anything there, my expectations weren't high. However, and having made the foolish mistake of going on busy Sunday afternoon, I found parking easily, also found the items I was looking for easily enough - I did ask for help, and the dude was really pleasant - he wasn't 100% sure, but did come back to check on me in line, which was a real surprise. Used self checkout, and got out of the store without and grief, despite the throngs inside. My only complaint would that the displays are a bit too "busy", which is overwhelming, but otherwise, well done.”
