They never seem to have that I want but it can be available the next day. .. nice. But inconvenient. Just like Lowes. May as well buy online u less they actually have what you want. Forget calling them to find out. You'll get a guy in plumbing that hates phones.

There was a gentleman that was working there. His name is Andy. He helped us on the floor and then he helped us up at customer service when we got up there. We were looking for a product that has not been shipped to my husband in over 2 months so we got that straightened out. He's actually very very good.

Im not a contractor. Just a homeowner with small home projects. From my experience this store always has what I want and the store employees have always been helpful and knowledgeable enough to give me suggestions and point me in the right direction.
