Great variety of a lot of things natural homeopathic remedies stones, mushrooms, oils, incense… well worth the visit it just smells great all the way around… we will definitely go there again…pic of my small purchase. “Love this store great store for downtown Scranton. You can the mail and look at the other store. Or just stop in to Auntie's Annie's for a prestal and drink . Then go shopping . The garage for parking is charging now. If you go to the new medical offices or get something from the store, it will stamp your ticket. You can shop online, and have it shipped to you, or you can pick it up there for curbside.”

Ashley and her team did an amazing job and provided a fantastic experience for all of the kids (while allowing me the opportunity to actually talk with other parents and enjoy). “Plato’s has a nice selection of clothing, and I’m often impressed by the things I can find for my daughter. She’s 12 and very tall for her age, so it can be challenging to find women’s clothing that fits her well, but this store usually has great options.
During my last visit, I tried on a dress and mentioned to an employee that it would be helpful to have a small table or spot in the fitting rooms to place things like a phone, keys, or sunglasses, since I don’t carry a purse. The employee explained that the fitting rooms are small and there’s no space, but there is a larger fitting room at the end with a bench that I’ve used before and really liked. I also suggested something simple, like a small hanging caddy on the hooks.
It felt like the employee (JA on the receipt) didn’t really want to hear any suggestions and just brushed me off. It would have been nice if my feedback had been acknowledged a little more openly.
Overall, I appreciate the store and the variety of clothing, but I think there’s an opportunity to improve the fitting room experience, especially for customers who prefer not to carry a bag.”

“Staff is laid back. Got on line to purchase jeans that were on Women's Clearance Rack. At register, Male Manager told me they were not on Sale, and were Men's jeans! Told me that it was okay, and if I got another it would only be half price! Hell nahhh, no thx.”

“I LOVE ROSS! I am a bargain hunter and compared to other stores like Tj Maxx or Marshall’s the prices are unbeatable. The store is always packed with customers who are shopping. Staff is very approachable and professional. My only complaint is not with the store but the customers could be better to staff as they are always running around trying to stock and deliver the best products available, as I imagine it’s hard to keep a store stocked with how many products are continuously flying off the shelf! 10/10 would recommend. Absolutely great deals, staff, products, etc.”

“This is really the only store to get good quality clothes as a guy, at least in our area so it’s the one I always find myself shopping at. My mom and I came on Black Friday and the staff were also super helpful. I got some boots and needed help finding good bootcut jeans, workers helped me out and I ended up buying two pair.
Also, this is the only good place to buy men’s khakis. Every other store that makes khakis look far too dressy and American Eagles go with everything so I wear them out with friends and than to work in HVAC. Usually when I stop in I pick up some boxers as well.”

“J. Crew and J. Crew factory are two of my favorite clothing stores to shop, so I was excited when I learned they had a J. Crew factory at the shops at montage. J. Crew factory is an outlet store, so they have a lot of discounts and you can usually find a lot of good quality items at very low prices. The only problem I ever run into is that they are usually sold out of the items I want in my size (sigh). I am an avid online shopper at J. Crew factory and love the option to take clothing back to the store rather than through the mail. I have never had any issues with returns. The staff here is very helpful and friendly and not overbearing, which I appreciate.”
