“I love the clothing from American Eagle and Aerie, the jeans are well made and comfortable with just the right amount of stretch. Love the weight of cotton they use in their sweatshirts and sweatpants.But really what makes their brand stand out is their customer service. I recently returned a top in store in Dickson City PA that I purchased as an online only item. Nathan handled the exchange in store and had my correct size shipped to me. He also brought me a shopping bag as my hands got full as I continued to shop; helped me to find what I needed and pointed out special offers going on. He was amazing, not hovering but definitely available if needed, and I think he should be recognized for how well he does his job. Courteous and outgoing, just made my shopping experience and exchange stress free. Thanks Nathan”

“Coupons help. They seem to provide some every time I shop there but you need to watch the dates. I thought style cash was available but it doesn’t take effect until 7/29 . The disappointment came with a surprise however, because I then asked if they honored a military discount which they apparently do. 10% off of everything was very helpful . “Really adorable shop in an odd, building with a hodgepodge of businesses. Lol. I found it because of a Scranton guide, and it looked liked my style of store. For a small store, the space was used well and easy to browse. The clothes ranged from the safe side to trendy/edgy. Loved the purses and accessories they had. Lots of recognizable brands overall. “J. Crew and J. Crew factory are two of my favorite clothing stores to shop, so I was excited when I learned they had a J. Crew factory at the shops at montage. J. Crew factory is an outlet store, so they have a lot of discounts and you can usually find a lot of good quality items at very low prices. The only problem I ever run into is that they are usually sold out of the items I want in my size (sigh). I am an avid online shopper at J. Crew factory and love the option to take clothing back to the store rather than through the mail. I have never had any issues with returns. The staff here is very helpful and friendly and not overbearing, which I appreciate.”
