βConvenient location, excellent customer service.... always. Today for example, Erin offered the dolly/hand truck to help me with 3 large boxes. As I mentioned that I had recently cracked a rib, she proceeded to my vehicle & assisted me. Thanks Erin for going above & beyond for your customers!β
βI found this place through Google Maps. I was visiting friends and needed to send some things back to my home before I flew back. My friends didn't know this place existed. I think they are happy that I discovered it as they will likely be using it as needed.
Very friendly staff, and they definitely know what they're doing. They make it a very simple process, I walked in with my package, they fixed what I had done so it was more secure, affixed the label and VOILA it was on its way. We were in and out in a few minutes.
I don't think it was related to Pack N Ship but my delivery made it a little bit earlier than anticipated.
I know where I'm going next time I visit my friends when I need something delivered back to my home. I'm pretty sure they know where they will go when they need this type of service as well. ??? Three thumbs up.β
βHad to stop by this store and pickup a package that I missed at my home yesterday that was delivered when I was not around. First I did not know the storr was even there, the experience was great! Fast, professional and very organized for a little store with what looks like a very lot going on inside. If you need something shipped, stop by this place.β
βAny jokes about post office inefficiency do not apply to this location. My wife and I went here to get our first passports. We expected this to be a long process. It wasn't. Mark, the clerk who helped us, actually had us finished before the time our appointment was scheduled for. I'm glad this is my Post Office.β

βIt's super easy to get to, which is awesome. But what really stood out was how nice the person helping me was, especially since Spanish is my first language. My English is still a work in progress, but they were so patient, dedicated, and attentive. It's a great spot, and that's why I'm telling everyone about it.β
βJust wanted to say, I really needed some paperwork emailed today and honestly didn't know how to do it. I went to Staples and Jordyn was fantastic - helpful knowledgeable and friendly!! Every store needs people EXACTLY like her!!β

βInstallers were professional and took a lot of time to hook up my dryer vent. They took my old dryer, installed the new one, cleaned up all shipping material and hauled everything away. They were polite and mindful of my home and property. Communicating with them was somewhat harder because English was not their native language.β
βHad my wedding seating chart printed here. I had sent the order in late at night and got a call the next day that somehow a black line was running down the center. Lucas told me they would cancel and refund me so I could redo it. Mike (I believe that was his name) also checked it before printing to confirm no error or black lines. They didn't have to call over the black line, didn't have to check it before reprinting but they did. And the customer service I received (being proactive to fix my printing issue) is why they deserve 5 stars. Thank you!β

βWe've been working with Slavia Printing since we opened our business 9 years ago. They are the best of the best. The best prices, the best quality, the best service. Lightning fast turnaround. Talented designers. High quality products. I was moved to write this review because yesterday morning, I sent over a PDF of an invitation to a client appreciation event and asked if there was any way we could get 600 copies by early next week, adding that I knew it was short notice but just wanted to check. The owner showed up in my office later that same afternoon, beautifully printed invitations in hand. WOW! Now that's what you get when you deal directly with the owner of a family business. Slavia has done a fine job on an array of projects for us: letterhead, envelopes, invitations, napkins, giant banners and signage - anything we've needed, they've delivered. Wouldn't go anywhere else!β
βAdam was the real MVP. I walked in 30 minutes before close because I am a twit, but he jumped in to make sure my invitations were sent out same day. Thank you so much!β

βI used to be able to walk to the post office. Now it is just a short drive away in their new building. Staff is still extremely friendly, as well as carrier to my home. Would have been 5 star review, but building designer did not install a βdrive-upβ mailbox outside at the new building (as they had one at the old building). You have to park and get out of your car to go deposit mail into the outside box (troublesome if you have a physical disability). Just a little more βuser friendlyβ and convenient with a drive-up drop box.β
βMy fiancΓ© and I needed to print all of the signage for our wedding last minute and were blown away by how helpful Mike at FedEx was. He walked us through the whole process, made it extremely easy for us and was able to print everything with time to spare. Can't recommend this place enough!β
βThey have the best staff hands down.
They are efficient and know what they're doing.
Always clean and organized too.

βThis was my second time to this location and the first time I encountered a very sweet employee but I didnβt get her name! The second time, Emma went above and beyond to help me get my bridal shower invites stamped and showed me new stamps coming in for my wedding invitations. She was so kind and nice to talk to. In a world where people donβt appreciate others or go out of their way she deserves a little recognition today! Very impressed with this location!β
