“****Read this review****10 out of 5 Stars! John and his staff went above and beyond! I came in to get a new battery as my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee was becoming hard to start. The battery had literally died in the parking lot. John helped me remove the old battery (located under the passenger side front seat (Why Jeep?)). After I replaced the battery, he let me wash my hands and even gave me a Sloppy Joe sandwich and a bag of chips that he had in the break room! 1st time customer turned customer for life!”

“I have a trans that I’m rebuilding and was looking for one small part to get everything finished. When I placed my order the original part they had in stock was for the incorrect transmission, so in order to make sure I received the correct item they sourced the correct one and had it delivered the next day. I was in contact with Terry the entire time and although the part arrived a little later than expected, he went above and beyond to help me meet my deadline. Not only did he ensure my part was correct, he made up for the lost time by getting it in my hands the next day! “This is the way a motorcycle shop should be run. Walked in, was greeted with, "Do you need any help? If you do, just ask." I did have an agenda, serious looking at new bike, but looked around first at all the helmets and other gear. Was taken back to where cycles are and introduced to Alex, who've I've been emailing with. Great young man who seems to really enjoy his job. Talked about my options, wasn't disappointed outwardly when I said I wasn't quite sure, then roamed the merch again. I did go back and reserve a new bike, now just have to patiently wait. Again, was great walking into this place, first time, and everyone who acknowledged us, was extremely pleasant. Great place, wish the Kawasaki dealers near me were anywhere close to the friendliness and helpfulness you all were. Thank you”

“Walmart auto centers offer the best prices for oil changes and tires. They repair flats for only $10! While I had to buy the part (a tps valve) they installed it for me for only $10 also. They even tested it for me. Go between morning, noon and evening rush hours and your wait time is almost nothing. I use Walmart auto centers whenever I can for routine maintenance.”
“Amazing shop. Great products, excellent knowledge but what is so impressive is Jim's honesty. Took my truck to have the front end looked at, and after working on it for over 90 minutes they could not replicate the issue. Most shops would charge the diagnostic fee, but Jim did not. He will have my business for as long as he is there, not with just my truck but anything else they will work on. Great place.”
