“I love Hometown Market's selection and deals. I go here bi-weekly, and always save a ton of money. The quality of their meats surpasses most other local grocery stores. The workers and management are friendly, patient, and helpful even if there's an issue with a price etc. It's a nice atmosphere more like grocery stores when I was growing up than big corporate stores. This is definitely one of my favorite local stores.”

“Phyllis from the deli was amazing. She went above and beyond. Very attentive to customers needs. Love seeing Phyllis when we are in for our weekly grocery order. We ordered sandwich platters for a sweet 16 birthday. Everything was ready and fresh at pick up time. Thank you all and a special thanks to Phyllis.”

“I like it for the most part. People are helpful and friendly, but sometimestoo busy to show it. The drop off counter needs an aggravating bell or maybe a buzzer. ?”

“Nice little store if you get by exit 133 near the Quick Stoptruck stop. They have a bakery, deli, can order your own if you like plus hot food. Better, than a truckstop. You can even pick up some healthy choice vegetables, instead, for a change. Stock your truck refrigerator.”

“The one in Bigler is good place to shop but the one in Kylertown not so much. Every time I go there I either get overcharged for something or don't get the $5 coupon for the next week”

“I'm relatively happy with the items available as we're in the country here. I wish there were more organic and local foods. Deals are OK, sometimes things are too expensive here. Definitely watch the prices for anything you buy here.”

“I think this might be the first DG that I have been in where I didn't have to move carts of product out of my way to get through aisles or get to the shelves. It is a market so they have some fresh produce and some meat products. Got a head of lettuce there the other day and it was probably the most solid lettuce of any store. I do gig work so I know how pathetic heads of lettuce have gotten. Fairly friendly staff.”

“It's close to home, and doesn't have the hassles of a crowded Wal-mart. The employees are friendly and helpful in finding what you're looking for if you're not familiar with the stores layout. Restroom if needed. Handicap accessible, ground level access to entrance, and sufficient isles width. Also have several clearance item sections. Tobacco sales with ID. For those who are lactose intolerant like me, they have lactose free milk. Open till 10 pm every day.”

“Delivered 10/23/25. Check in is easy like all Walmart facilities. This is one of the largest ones I've been to. I had a 5 pm appt and checked in 4 thirty. I got out of there around 9 or 9 thirty. When talking about how long it takes to unload a trailer, context is important. The load I had was not palletized. When I picked up the load, I already had it in my mind that once I got to the delivery, it was going to take some time. It was all the one floor of the trailer and the workers were going to have to place it on pallets and do what they do inside the warehouse. The wait time will always be dependent on what type of load you have. Everyone is nice here, no problems whatsoever. I saw trucks parked along the side of the road leading into the entrance, but not to where the guard shack can see you, so you can probably sleep alongside that road there. Other than that, you can find truck stops leading up to Woodland from either direction.”

“Got in and out quickly. The guards were friendly and I was able to get my paperwork stamped and stickered which is a requirement for me to get paid. Directions were posted which made it easy to find my MT TR on the way out since all my Walmart loads are D/H. All in all I was in and out in less than 30 mins. Time is monkey so I appreciate that.”
