“Isaiah was extremely knowledgeable, professional and considerate. He worked tirelessly to ensure my issue was rectified and he went the extra mile to provide the best service. While I was there, I was, unfortunately, witness to a customer treating one of the service technicians (Adam) very badly. He had the patience of a saint and deserves a raise in pay. The customer acted arrogantly and gave the impression that she spoke only to impress herself. Adam was the consummate gentleman. Two exemplary employees.”

“Housam was the absolute best. He was so friendly and trustworthy. I came to trade in my phone and the following weekend brought my whole family back because of the customer service Housam gave. This is the type of customer service that makes me want to stay in the Verizon family!”

“Had a 5* experience with BJ today, helping me to return some equipment. When he found out that his system would not allow him to process the return, he gave me 2 options, one of which was to have a UPS Store process it. He literally walked with me a few stores down to the UPS Store, went back to his store to get some info they needed, and then stayed with me til they finished processing the return and gave me the receipt. He went the extra mile for me. Much appreciated. In hearing him work with another customer before me, he seemed very patient and knowledgeable.”

“Last week I went into the store to upgrade a phone on our account. Trevor was our sales associate in the Bensalem store. He was wonderful in answering all our questions that night, so we decided to upgrade another line that same night. After that pleasant experience we went yo see Trevor again but at a different location (cause we only wanted to deal with him). We then upgraded two more lines on the account. If anyone is looking to shop Verizon for service I would recommend they see Trevor. He’s straight and too the point, and not someone who will give you the run around. Kudos to Trevor for making getting new phones (something that’s just as bad as buying a new car) a wonderful experience. We appreciate all his help and patience with us.”

“If I could give 10 stars I would. I upgraded from an iPhone 8 to an iPhone 16. The staff is absolutely awesome. They took their time helping me, showing me, and explaining everything to me. The whole staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, etc… I can go on and on about how great they are. I would and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. I will refer anyone who needs to upgrade their phone or have any advice, issues, problems or questions to the amazing team at Verizon. Trust me and believe me when I say that you will not be disappointed. They helped me out tremendously and I won’t go anywhere else but here. Thank you very much again to the great helpful professional staff, Julio, Shaq, Jordan and Samantha here at Verizon.”

“Amazing experience. AT&T was lying about my bill so I tried Total Wireless out and they use Verizon 5G Network. Dealt with Dev and he's an amazing and respectful young man. Got me into a new phone and a free Tablet with service on both! Amazing deal and very transparent pricing. Monthly bill is exactly what he told me over the phone as well. Highly recommend this company and Dev!”

“Last night my husband and I stopped in the store to switch my phone over from T-Mobile to his plan with Verizon. After we arrived, we were quickly greeted by SteveN. He was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable right from the start. He went over our plan, phone and financial options in an easy to understand way, without ever making us feel like he was just trying to sell us something. While we were waiting for the data to transfer to my new phone, he was easy and fun to talk to which made the wait go by faster. If you need to go to Verizon I definitely recommend requesting SteveN for a smooth, knowledgable, quick transaction!”

“I have been a customer of this specific cricket store for at least about a dozen years, just because of the top tier customer service that Ron provides every single time I have visited the store. If you say that you've found a better mobile sales and service representative in Lower Bucks County, then I'd have to question your sanity. ??”

“Today my uncle and I had the pleasure of working with the manager named MIKE. My uncle got a great deal on a phone and case. He was very knowledgeable and quick. I used to work at this location under a different company and it feels good to know there are good people working there. I’ve encountered multiple different locations today that were not helpful and just trying to upsell. Thank you Mike for all your hard work! And we appreciated the water bottles while we waited for his info to transfer to the new device. AS SOMEONE WHO WORKED FOR METRO OVER TEN YEARS, I RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR FRIENDS AND FAMILY. Thanks again Mike! Your an asset!”
