“The manager Damion saved me from the scammers across the highway! DONT GO TO THE AT&T next to ShopRite! After leaving that location and going to the mall, I was shown to have been mislead and ripped off completely by that location and Damion, the manager at the mall location, was a great help in saving my ass from what have been a disaster! The mall location is a thousand times better than the corporate stop who I have since reported to the better business bureau! I feel so much better that I returned everything to that other location and did a purchase at the mall instead! Please please please hear me when I say that u will be treated like a person and feel happy with your purchase at the mall location! I would give them 10 stars if I could! “The young man who helped me was not Mohommad but a different guy altogether. I’m pointing that out only so that the young man gets the credit he deserves. He was super polite, professional and knowledgeable. He even offered me some water when he saw that I was having a little trouble as I’m a diabetic and forgot to bring my water flask. He’s a great asset to ATT and should be considered for positions of greater responsibility.
He’d make an excellent trainer, for example, as well as salesman.”

Not only was Arthur able to help with phones he was able to answer all of our questions without rushing us. We had a very bad experience at a different location prior. Everyone working in the store truly seems to want to help everyone as much as they can. It’s not the closest AT&T for us but it’ll be the one we use now.”

“I have been having real issues with my samsung galaxy s25 phone for several weeks. I took it to the xfinity store where it was purchased, spent a lot of time on the phone with Samsung support and a regular computer fix shop. Finally ending up in IBreakufix. I'm so happy we went there. Michael was the absolute best!! My phone and computer are fixed and he gave the best customer service ever! Very patient and knowledgeable.
