“Would highly recommend! My appointment was at 8am, I was out of the door by 8:10am.
Fast, efficient, and friendly. Upon arriving, the staff was extremely welcoming. Jackie also did an awesome job at drawing my blood, and made me feel really comfortable. Definitely would return!”
““Emergency meetings” to discuss business operations should only be scheduled when there are no clients, either before or after business hours or during lunch when the office is closed. The supervisor of these lovely, friendly, apologetic, professional women at the Parkway office in Ewing, NJ has no consideration for scheduled clients. The matter being discussed could and should have waited. Having me wait fifteen minutes was unprofessional on the supervisor’s part was not in this building but was conducting the meeting virtually/by phone. Consequently, I was late for another appointment. Of course, no one but the techs at this office and their clients care about what occurred.”
“I scheduled my appointment on the same day and arrived early. I had to wait for a while and I complained to one of the nurses why I wasn’t being called in. She apologized for the inconvenience and explained that since I made the appointment on the same day, it’s considered a stand by appointment. Although I wasn’t pleased about having to wait, the fact that she took her time to explain the situation was very helpful.”
“Quest on Middletown Blvd in Langhorne PA is OUTSTANDING! Mary and Justin are true professionals, extremely well trained and truly care about you as a person and a patient. I will not go anywhere else for my testing!”
“Very friendly and professional. Testing was quick. Results came back next day. Entrance was horrible. Must use your phone to scan code posted outside. Fill out information while outside. Unfortunately, I went on the coldest day of the year. There was a line, no one knew what to do. Door is locked. Called, woman said no waiting come in. When I didnt go in, someone came out, like 5 people in front of me, who didnt know what to do. Some phones did not register the code for scanning. She took them in to use their iPads. Other than the entrance, place is great.”
“Made an appointment for the 3 hour glucose test and they didn’t have one until late morning. I called and after speaking with someone, I ended up doing a walk in earlier. Check in is quick. After mentioning I was here for that after checking in, I was taken back immediately which was amazing since they know you’re going to be there longer than most appointments and walk ins. They have a nice quiet room separate from the waiting room where you can sit in between blood draws which made it so much better. Everyone was very nice. I had a different person for each draw and no issues! Highly recommend this location!!”

I am VERY needle shy. Priyal was the person who drew my blood. She is amazing. She has a sense of calmness to her that helped keep ME calm. Seems like a truly kind hearted person, I left smiling. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff at this facility. Thank you all very much.”

“Went online made an appointment needed results back fast. Once I arrived I waited in lobby for 3.5 minutes. Receptionist called me I checked in. Gave my samples I was there for a grand total of 12 minutes max. Got results the next day. ?”

“The employees at Atlantic diagnostic laboratories were extremely friendly and let me in as soon as i rang the door bell. I was in and out within 5 minutes for my covid test. The first time i went for my covid test a few months ago there was a line to get tested but it was all very organized and went quickly. I strongly recommend going to Atlantic diagnostic laboratories for covid tests and or any lab test your doctor orders!”
“Lisa from MobiLab2go is amazing! She was able to come drawn blood for us on short notice and did an amazing job! If you’ve had bad experiences with having blood drawn, I can’t recommend Lisa enough, she’s extremely good at finding veins on difficult to stick patients. Will definitely be calling her next time we need blood drawn instead of going into one of the on-site companies.”

“Yes, the place is on the smaller side. However, they were very quick and efficient. We had Cindy draw our blood. She had great bedside manner and was excellent drawing blood, even for my wife whose veins are often hard to find. Some of the other reviews may be low, but we had a 5 star experience.”
“These guys are great. I waited until the last minute to get a well tested on a property that I'm closing on in a few days from now. They said they would get me the results in time if I wanted their rush service. That was a no-brainer, so I said Yes. The results came in today with time to spare. I can breathe easier and am grateful these guys came through. I highly recommend them.”
“I came in for a 3-hour glucose test on 1/12. Check in was super easy and I did it on my phone. Staff members were knowledgeable about the type of test they were administering, exhibited by stocking the better flavor glucose drink (orange) and setting expectations of how the glucose drink could make you feel and when to check back in with the front desk for the subsequent blood draws. For a long test with multiple draws everything ran very smoothly. Everyone I encountered was courteous and professional. This was one of the nicer Labcorp experiences I’ve had across the different locations.”

“I have been to at least 3 or 4 different Quest labs over the years. All the phlebotomists have been competent but the location is Lawrenceville is definitely my preferred. It is always clean, unless someone ahead of me is struggling to checklist the kiosk, I have not had more than 5-10 min wait. The phlebotomists are friendly, efficient, I have rarely had a bruise. Shout out to Janet and Ileana who we happened to see most recently, but all three are great. I also really like that the system retains all results over time and pretty good explanations for the layman so you can know what, if any, questions you might want to discuss with your dr.”

Bringing a 1-year-old in for blood work can be stressful for any parent, but the staff was incredibly patient, gentle, and professional throughout the entire process. They drew my child’s blood seamlessly and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. I truly appreciated their kindness and efficiency. Highly recommend this location for pediatric blood work!”
“The wait time to be seen can be a little long depending on how many people are there, but I always have a great experience here. The phlebotomist that I always see is excellent. She always manages to find a good vein. She takes her time. She's the older Indian lady with glasses. I've never had a bad experience with her.”
“Excellent experience! Customer service was excellent- it was easy to call in and pay my bill which was detailed out and easy to understand in terms of break down of costs and services etc.I tend to believe, that on average when people leave negative reviews it is often not the full and accurate portrayal of things- such as the negative review I read where the woman complained she provided "the wrong credit card" to billing and then went on to rant about how terrible and incompetent THEY were. As someone who runs a business with my husband- perhaps the general public doesn't understand with their me centered attitude that if they make a mistake or misunderstand something it's not really appropriate or fair to then blame the company providing a product or service. Yet I see this countless times in countless reviews- where people are simply venting and refuse to acknowledge their own mistakes or misconceptions- it seems to be a common theme- lack of individual accountability- instead they jump online, leave a nasty or negative review- hiding behind their keyboard spewing negativity- I find this cowardly and a sad commentary in general on the nature of human beings.”

“Leanne was amazing! So lovely, thorough, and calm even with screaming kids, a backed up queue, and persistent line out the door all day. I barely felt a pinch and she had me in and out very quickly even when they were backed up. Everyone in there is working HARD and does a great job! I recommend.”
