“Alex at the counter was efficient and polite. The young man outside was equally nice. The car itself was clean and functioned just fine. It was a little difficult finding the entrance to the return location as I had never rented from Alamo before, but once you see how it works it's quite easy to return a vehicle. The attendant who checked the car back in was courteous and helpful. The shuttle driver was super nice and made sure everyone got off at the right terminal. Would definitely rent from these guys again.”

“I like the proximity to the airport and how easy it is to get in pick a car and get on my way. I also like how easy it is to drop off and that there is always a shuttle to get me back to the terminal within 10 minutes. I usually always find a nice car at the executive isle except for once.”

They met me at the body shop so I didn't have to worry about getting to them and then allowed me to leave the rental at the body shop once my car was ready and they would pick up. My time inside the office to complete paperwork was minimal and the car was clean and appropriate to my needs. I would highly recommend!”

“From the shuttle to the counter I experienced truly wonderful customer service. The location is conveniently located with easy access to many of the major Philly highways. There is a Sunoco station nearby as well so you don’t have to hunt and take detours to fill her up before you return the vehicle. Let the short shuttle ride take you away from the airport and out of the loop de loop you have to endure to leave. Once you’re in the rental, it is a hassle free exit. I recommend this rental location.”

As a woman going in there is always that fear you’re going to be bamboozled, but the price was fair to low and there was never a moment I was talked done to. “We had such a great and amazing experience we needed a nice large luxury SUV for a wedding we called everywhere no body had any available. When we spoke with Eugene and explained the situation that we needed an SUV for a wedding in 2 days he was able to find us a very nice Esclade when we got there the vehicle was clean shining and ready to go the process was quick and we were off to the wedding. “On Dec 12th i booked a rental car with a one way drop off at the BWI Airport (drop off at Dover, DE). My flight lifted off 2 hours late so I called Budget reservation desk, was told not to worry, car would be available when I landed. After landing, went to BWI Budget desk I was told that my reservation had been dropped when I was 30 minutes late, told the nice gentleman (young, black gentlemen with dreadlocks) that I had called the reservation desk (gave him my reservation number). He found my reservation but it didn't include a one way drop off. Seems the Budget reservation desk had to re-enter my reservation when I was late and didn't catch that it was a one way drop off. The price was over $100 more, not my fault. The nice Budget gentlemen said he'd honor my initial reservation but could not make changes in his system. He said he'd leave a note for the Dover Budget Office and thought it would be ok. It was- kudo's to this gentlemen and to Budget for honoring original price and making a very tired customer super happy.”
“Enterprise is always dependable, professional, and straightforward. There are a handful of good rental companies out there, as well as many that will do anything they can to rip you off, over charge you, or misrepresent their rates.
Rent with the no-name places at your own risk. If their rate is substantially cheaper than anyone else’s, there’s almost certainly a hidden cost. I don’t have time or energy to play games. Enterprise is a no-brainer.”
