And very helpful.”
“Went in 2 Saturdays before Christmas trying to ship 3 packages internationally (which I had never done before). Lori was knowledgeable, super helpful and very pleasant! She answered all my questions with patience and kindness, and gave me guidelines on how to package everything and attach customs forms. This while juggling another ~20 customers that were in and out during my time there, during the worst part of the year for postal workers. Thank you so much Lori!”

“I really like this post office, it's small but mighty and the closest to my house. The staff are always pleasant and regardless of how long the line is they give you their undivided attention. They offer all the services the larger post office does and also sell cards, boxes, mailers, etc. On the negative....street parking is limited and usually full. The lobby is small and cluttered, and there's always a line. This location is hoppin' but the staff are always upbeat, even under pressure.”
“I have been mailing packages to family over seas for years and have moved many times so I have used a lot of different post offices. You would not believe the hassle some of them put me through or how many times I walked out with my package to drive to the next town to try a different post office (including Red Loin, Craely and Lancaster city). I have never had a single issue with overseas mailing and beyond that all of my interactions have been polite if not friendly. Through shortages and and hard times they kept the mail going.”

Coming from the most multicultural city in the world, I have been fortunate enough to learn how listen as carefully as possible to understand humans who are speaking English with an accent. Do I speak Mandarin? No. Do I speak German? No. Do I speak Spanish? No. Can I communicate in ASL (sign language)? No.”
“In my lifetime this is arguably the best US Post Office I've used. I go to this office once a week to ship out packages and never have issues whatsoever. Its a very old building / office so don't expect an immaculate modern facility. But in my honest opinion the fantastic customer service is where this office really shines. Great helpful friendly staff that go out of their way to help you and are always nice to the customer.”
“The Manheim, PA location is great. I love the staff. No nonsense but super helpful when needed. I’ve never had an issue here. I mail packages a lot and used to dislike going to the post office in another town I lived in that I won’t mention here, so when I moved here I was skeptical coming here but it’s definitely a huge difference! Never thought I’d say this but it’s actually nice coming here! Thanks to all those who work here for your customer service! I know how difficult it can be working with public day in/day out but you guys keep it together. Thank you!”

“My experience yesterday was great. I left this office & realized I hadn’t taped the return boxes shut. Because I’m used to how ups doesn’t always use the box u bring it in. I called them frantically. It was over $ 100.00 in lip stick. They found the 3 boxes & taped them shut for me. I am so grateful. Plus I always find the clerks to be very knowledgeable no matter what the transaction. Thank you Roy for all your help. He even called me to say it was taken care of.”

“I rely on the Mountville Post office for my overseas mailings/ customs paperwork, stamp purchasing and general mail delivery.Our home delivery postman offers prompt, accurate and very friendly service.The ladies at the counter in our little town’s postoffice are efficient, knowledgeable and very kind, warm and friendly.I rarely have to wait in a long line and have never had delivery issues and I use USPS regularly. I am grateful I do not have to go to the main office on Harrisburg Pike and fight the lines. I like the personal relationships I am able to build with the staff here in Mountville.I highly recommend this little office.”
